My family and I ordered a 30 count of wings to go at the Defiance Buffalo Wild Wings. I usually have good food at this establishment but this time was so disappointing. $70 to DoorDash a 30 count of wings and these were the DRY wings my family has ever had. They were so dry and old tasting it was hard to eat. So disappointed

So today is January 4th 2026, and it’s 9:50 pm… i just finished eating there and i’ve never had such a bad experience in my life.At any restaurant and i’m even comparing this to dive bars….!!! I was seated what’s my friend. And the wagers comes over and takes our order. She brings me my beverage with no straw.And I had to ask her to get one. Then, when my food came, my wings were cold as ice. The cheese sauce had a film over it. I asked for some salt, and she she said no… then, pause for a second and said, just a minute… then, I go to start eating my food, and I had no silverware, then she brings me out a fork. Nothing else, no knife no spoon, no napkins. I asked my friend what time they closed when they didn’t know.So I looked it up, and it said 11pm. Then, I asked for a box before my food, cardboard, I was gonna have to heat it up when I got home. And she brought me out the smallest box possible.And I couldn’t put the rest of my food in it. Then, she had the audacity to ask me if I wanted my change back. So then I proceed to go the counter and asked somebody for a bag. And stood there for almost ten minutes. I got tired of waiting and walked around the corner to where there’s an access to the kitchen area and waved… the blue haired girl said I’ll be there in a minute….!!! Very rudely…!!! I said just forget it and walked out. The owner Brad Mangus should be ashamed and embarrassed to have this restaurant to be ran like this….. I’LL NEVER BE BACK AND THAT INCLUDEA MY FRIENDS…!!!

Something seriously needs done about this location. food always cold and half assed coated in sauce. server was super nice (only plus). came in at 3pm, really no one in the place. ordered 20 wings & ended up walking out after waiting over an hour. seems to happen, every. single. time. we give it another try. if corporate gets this money complaints on the same stuff, it needs to change.

So I went there with my daughter for her birthday tonight and I’m hugely disappointed. Wings were dry and incredibly small. Had a chemical flavor. Didn’t get refill on our drinks. Plus we told the waitress it was her birthday and she completely treated us horribly. Never returning to this location again. My boyfriend ordered boneless wings and they hardly had sauce and were hard as a wrong and hard to chew. Also we were there with friends and they got their drinks refilled while we hardly got acknowledged.

Chelsea is phenomenal, attentive, and friendly. However, she is the exception. Service is consistently behind time, ignoring tables, making people wait for drinks, refills, napkins, silverware, and checks. We never get checked on while waiting for food, and the food often takes much longer than industry standard to arrive. Half the table’s order is cold and/or poorly put together. On top of that, our pickup order today was 10 minutes late.

The best experience we’ve had here in a while. Daniel was our server. He made sure to check on us often, and made sure our drinks never went empty. He made sure everything was correct right after it came out. He made conversation with us, and it made us feel welcome. For sure the best service I’ve gotten here.

This was my very first time being at Buffalo wild Wings in Defiance ohio call in a take out order 1 /3 hamburger with bacon and 1 order of ff.also,1 crispy chicken sandwich with bacon and another ff. Told the people, at the takeout order,I’ve never been to this restaurant. So drove home husband eating his hamburger i just started eating mine pick up 2 ff,and a white, or maybe a blonde log hair in my ff.OMG really shouldn’t this place wearing hair nets! 5 stars for cleanliness. I have never seen a bar area so clean! It is like they just opened. Bartender friendly and efficient. We had a beer but no food. I almost didn’t give 5 stars though because the station that was playing was awful. Lots of hard core rock and loud. Not what you would expect at 3 in the afternoon – maybe better suited for a Friday night.

First impression, terrible. The host Brooklyn had a stank attitude. Heard he talking about multiple customers while waiting to be seated and being rude and mean to another employee over a rag to wipe a table. She walked us to our table and took off running through the restaurant. And when I say running, I mean RUNNING. Stood with an attitude and RBF until we got to the table, tossed the menus down and started walking off. I said “thank you” and she said “yep” without even turning around. Our sever was okay. He was serving a table of his friends so he was pretty focused on that and was forgetting things and our food was cold and missing things. Not to mention, we asked for a kids menu and instead of bringing a coloring page with the menu like all of the other children around us, we were told to just flip the menu over. Also got our appetizer after all our food arrived which is slightly annoying and defeats the purpose of an appetizer. Would have given more stars if it wasn’t for the awful attitude of the hostess. The food is pretty good when you get it hot. All the servers are very friendly and good for conversation if that’s your thing. The main gamble we seem to have is about 50% of the time the fries come out cold.
