Love this place. Need burgers? This is the place. Shoestring French fries are awesome! Staff is always friendly. Love it here. Pictured is a ribeye burger that was enormous and delicious. Also grilled cheese burger in the background. Great stuff. 10/10 will do again.

I can’t say enough Freddy’s is the absolute best burger spot!!! I love the Killian Rd location the best! But this West Columbia location is very very delicious!!! The seasoning on the double was to perfection! It was so good i had to get second double burger, I wish I could have this place ” FREDDY’S THE KING OF BURGERS!!! everyday! Its thats good of a place to eat!!! And the STAFF here have the best attitudes, very polite, well managed everyone spoke to me and my friend, all asked how everything was and if we needed anything! Great job to Freddy’s in West Columbia, excellent food and service!!! Every Freddy’s is amazing in its own way!! Thanks Freddy’s for perfecting the burger!!!!

Hey ya’ll. Freddy’s reminds me (looks wise) of a place I used to go to as a kid called Friendly’s. So we stopped. It’s actually lot more similar to Steak-N-Shake, with their smash burgers and tiny fries. Their food is tasty, and salty (which I like) and their ice cream treats are very delicious.
Half the staff here were very friendly and fretted us wary. The other half were in their phones or looked just miserable (I felt bad). Like they were just having a rough go of it. But over all our service wasn’t affected by it.
The resturant was very clean and I could tell from my food that the fry grease was fresh. Which is huge.
It is a fast food resturant. It’s better than some but it is exactly what it is. Reasonably rocked food, prepared quickly and has good flavor.
Definitely recommend for anyone to go check out their sweet treats for sure!

I am not a fan of fast food but I have to admit I absolutely loved this so much I went 2 days in a row. Not good for my health but I was on vacation, the staff both days were absolutely amazing and sooo kind! The food was mouth watering! The drinks , yeah to me that custard drink line up they have is off the chart good! They are in Freddy’s Frozen Custard’s just slapping in the kitchen all the way around!! 10/10 recommend them! At least Freddy’s in Columbia South Carolina near Fort Jackson!!!

Had a great experience here. Originally they had messed up my husband’s burger order then forgot to correct it. However, they promptly made him another one and one for later. They also gave us a card to get a free burger the next time we were here. They really felt bad and did the right thing!! Thank you!!

Everyone welcomed me in and even though they were out of sides besides onion rings Whitney accommodated us with custard. I was able to download the app and started earning points overall a great experience the atmosphere was great.. Will be back..

I love Freddy’s burgers are so good, fries be bussin, only reason they got a 4 is because they need to stop using DoorDash they will be late and give you cold food and one time they gave me the wrong order which doesn’t sit right with me but anywho I still love them

Ordered a DoorDash order. They still have the pumpkin pie concrete on there so I ordered a large and they said it was out of season which I assumed and so I asked for the Oreo peppermint CONCRETE. Not only did they give me a small but it wasn’t even a concrete. It was a shake. There is a worker there that constantly screws up orders. Don’t order from here unless you go in person. Don’t order pickup or delivery because they will get it wrong
