This is my first visit. I called to make a pick up order. No answer until after the 4th try. They’re message states text us your order. It seems as they expect everyone to have a cell phone. I was calling from my home phone. I requested 3 separate bags, because I was delivering to 3 separate householders. But they couldn’t follow that simple request after they agreed to do so. After paying I asked for a printer receipt as I don’t have a cell phone. They couldn’t provide that as physical proof of purchase.. this will keep me away.
The food was ok. A bit dry, it was hard to eat the first half of the sandwich. I abandoned the 2nd half. . They should give an option of condiments, I thought the basil mayo was disgusting, everyone don’t have the same taste.
I think if they went a few extra steps they could be much better.
From this visit I wasn’t impressed. It’s the simple things that makes it special.
The best part of this visit was the young lady that cashed me out.
She presented a great smile and cheerful personality.

I was traveling and needed to set up and work there for about 4 hours so I got coffee, breakfast, and lunch all in one visit. The staff was extremely welcoming and even helped me pick the best spot to “set up shop.” The pamento cheese, chicken, and hot honey sandwich that I got for lunch is LITERALLY the best sandwich I’ve ever had.

Unique and delicious! Small town feel but definitely Big City ambitions! Food is fresh and ingredients locally grown! Coffees, espressos and many other drinks are amazing, any way you want it prepared. Can’t go wrong with their menu. Got to get there early before its all ate up!

I live out of town but have family down here and make this a must go spot each time we visit. The staff are friendly and patient with us not being familiar with the menu, and the coffee is always delicious. I even miss it! Don’t skip out on this gem.

This is my favorite spot in town to get coffee. I love the art they keep in the place (especially the pink boar head, that really caught my eye) and most of it is actually for sale, it’s a lovely little agreement between local artists and the venue. The baristas are stellar. Always friendly, talkative, one even chased me out the door to know what I thought of a book I bought (they sell books secondhand too, another great partnership in my opinion. Heathens & Co. If anyone’s interested.) So the customer service goes well above and beyond what’s expected. Their drinks are absolutely delicious, and I adore the manager who works there. Super chill, down to earth gal who treated me like a person and not just another cup of coffee to serve. Gave me all the details of what’s happening around the town lately. They thoroughly impress me every time, and have daily deals too if you’re looking for a bargain. Really if you need a place for some quiet or just want a quaint little meet up spot with a friend afterwork, this is definitely the spot. They do so much to show case Madisonville and our local businesses in their store, I highly recommend paying them a visit to pay their generosity forward. Only downside is parking, but there’s definitely ways around it.

I am working out of town and struggled to find a deli for lunch. Luckily I found this place. I got a Ham and cheese sandwich with a side of pasta, and a flat white to wash it down. Food was great and coffee was terrific. The staff was very friendly. I loved the couches and the various eclectic furniture. It was a nice place to relax in.

The food was so delicious and the barista made my coffee amazing! I’m very picky about my coffee but it was perfect. The atmosphere was friendly and inviting. There’s so much potential to make all three rooms uniform and similar to each other as far as decor. I would have liked to see the food being made in a more streamlined process. We could see everything being made in front of us.
