Bought my kid the burger and me the prime rib steak burger but for some reason both looked same except bun. Guess what both taste same. Over priced on top of that got my order wrong twice had to wait to eat while my daughter ate. First time going and will not go back because even the concrete custard was melted a good amount when received.
Almost forgot what are them fries lol them are more like the potato skins that come in a can, worst fries ever.

First time at a Freddy’s. We don’t usually go for fast food but we were very impressed. The staff was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the food, although a little expensive, was delicious. I was very pleased with the whole lunch experience. We will go back next time we are in the area. I wish there was a Freddy’s in Camden but then again, I don’t need to eat cheese curds every day which is what I would probably do if they were close by! Lol

figured I’d give them a try waited in drive-through five minutes with nobody responding pulled up to window found the problem. Everyone is on his cell phone. My Wife really wanted something from here though, so I decided to walk inside got met with an attitude stating the fryers were down. They had no side items no fried items and no custard. But if I want a plain burger, that’s fine. no thanks.

The lady who is wearing the black ray bands glass was shower nice super friendly. i originally order double prime steakburgers. after we paid we were quickly informed that we bought the last one. when i was get my drink the young lady walk over and ask me what burger would i take instead. i told her just double ketchup lettuce and cheese burger please. she said yes ma’am for your innocence i will make it a triple. i said okay yes ma’am. when our food came out. i had to get the burger fix three times. was very highly disappointed with fries, tots , cheese churds. the cashier was super nice and polite about the whole things. the white girl in the kitchen was complaining about having to fix the burger. i won’t be so upset about it had there not been no comments from kitchen staff. also if i didn’t have to wait on my boyfriend burger while my food was getting cold. won’t be coming back

It’s not often that you go through a drive thru and get memorable services. However today, Keyanna was the absolute best. Very attentive and patient with my long order and ensured I had all the things I needed to ensure the meal was complete. Great job, and I’ll be returning for that great service!

This is the closest thing to a burger joint that reminds me of home. Their burgers are made fresh to order and you can customize them. I usually get their jalapeño burger and then add things to it. Their Freddy fries are also made to order and are nice and crispy. I usually add their Freddy sauce to them. They have individual packets by the soda machine you can grab. The sauce is also great on the burgers. Also, if you have space for it, definitely try their custard ice cream. I usually get the chocolate brownie sundae but they are look delicious and it’s hard to believe you’d be disappointed in any other you try.
The staff has always been great. They keep a good attitude and pleasant demeanor. It’s nice to see especially since they all look to be older teens or younger adults. So it’s refreshing to see that age group being so professional and welcoming.
The only downside I would say is the size of the tables. If you have more than 4 in your group you’d have to push tables together or sit outside. The outside area is partially gated off which is nice if the weather is too hot or raining inside may be a bit tight.

Went for frozen custard. I really love it. But the lady 2 times i have been the quality of the custard wasn’t good. But this time was the worst he was melted .I was so disappointed. I had brought my daughter and her children to try it. Only to be let down once again. They were cleaning the machine so maybe that had something to do with it.

Freddie’s is my guilty pleasure. They serve a great smash burger at a reasonable price. I’m not the biggest fan of their super thin fries, but that doesn’t stop me from eating them especially when covered in cheese. I really like the self serve sauces, seasonings and drinks. It’s a great place to bring the kids and not break the bank.

First time ordering from this restaurant and my coworkers was talking about it and told me to try it out. Well sit in the drive thru for 7 or ten minutes while the others customers was waiting for their food. So I pulled up my order was already ready for me. I’m like ok cool. I got my order and I tasted my fries, which it was very cold, and I asked for some hot fries. Then you want me to pull up I said no I was in line 10 minutes and NO…… Everything I had ordered supposed be hot was cold. I got the California style burger combo with small drink and cold burger for $16.80 with no receipt. Very very poor customer service I the young guy was in trouble training because he looked very loose and confused. But I personally want come back or any operator franchise Freddy’s restaurant. I’m so sorry but this place was very horrible to me. It’s like my was put so fast to keep the drive thru line moving. Not the quality of my performance or pressure preventing my food.

This is the second time trying Freddy’s and both times the food was terrible. My orders came out incorrect both times too. The fries were cold and hard. By the time they made me the correct food my ice cream was melted. The cheeseburger had no cheese, the lettuce was wilted/slimy and the tomato wasn’t ripe. The staff is friendly but clueless.
