You close at 11pm. I arrived at 10:45. I was disappointed to know when I came through drive thru that the team said they ran out of everything. I come a couple times a week for a treat on my way home from work and the way staff handled this is unacceptable. It’s clear they all simply wanted to leave. If you hate your job that much find other work.

Came here at 1pm, Thursday, January 8th. Our food came out instantly and it showed in the quality. My burger was completely sloppy and mushy. the bun was like the size of a lemon and the patties were like triple the width. The bun was too soggy to hold up the massive patties and compared to other freddy’s ive been to, the meat had no flavor. the onion rings were undercooked, too. They should consider prioritizing quality over speed, because this was lazy.

so now this is the 2nd time i’ve gotten a hair in my food. i will not be returning to this location. you people should take more pride in the food you serve. very shameful and disappointing!
i usually love freddy’s but this is the first time i had a bad experience. the burger patty was unseasoned. i ordered a cheesecake shake but it was just straight up vanilla. there was a long black hair twisted into my french fries. i took my fries and shake back. the unpleasant young lady snatched the fries and rudely assured me that she put cheesecake in the shake. instead of just offering to add cheesecake or give me a new shake. super disappointing. i wish i took a picture of the hair in my fries.

I didn’t dine in, but went through the drive thru. This was my first time eating here! It was soooo delicious!!! I’m already thinking about when I can go back!!!

Serves a seasoned very flat ground steak patty on their burgers and very thin shoe string French fries as well as a few other items including custard. The burger patty seasoning is little too strong for me and there is not enough steak patty meat even on a double. Location is clean.

This Freddy’s location has truly earned a positive review from me for a few reasons which I will go over.
First and most importantly safety and sanitation. This location had some of the best policies in place for child safety. We noticed that after every use the high chairs that were made available were both sanitized then wrapped with plastic wrap to ensure a clean eating space. There was also minimal signs of trash in the restaurant and as well in the restrooms.
Secondly the food was made to a good standard however the portions seemed to be getting less and less with the protein portions on the steak burgers.
Overall we were very pleased to dine at this establishment.

The food and service at Freddy’s in Southern Pines are usually great. On my last visit, the fries were a bit hard, like they may have been sitting for a little while, but everything else was good as always.

I really wanted to give them 5 stars because the food and service is absolutely awesome!! But .. they skim on the fries greatly.. we upsized to a large hoping to get more because the last three times we came the fries were less than half of the box. Well that did not work either.. !
