This place is really good, it was my first time going. I got the smash tacos and they were delicious! As were the shoestring fries. Other people with me got the hot dogs and the grilled cheese steakburger, all recommended. Restaurant was clean and it has a cool vintage feel. Lots of parking and easy to get in and out of.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order. When I opened my burger, I found a hair in it — absolutely unacceptable. On top of that, the food arrived cold, which tells me there was little care put into preparation or handling.
I expect basic hygiene and quality when I pay for a meal, and this experience failed on both counts. I won’t be returning unless the restaurant makes serious improvements. Nobody was wearing hairnets, had gloves or hair restraints. I guess They come to work looking any kind of way. My first and last time coming here. What the heck!

Good food, quick and kind service. I love the fries! I’m not sure I’ve had them in a while, but they are thin and super crunchy, which is perfect for me! I don’t like soft or soggy fries.
My 9 yo annihilated his face sized double cheese burger. They were thoughtful enough to ask him if he wanted onion, mustard, pickles, etc… the pickles looked really good to me! Not the typical hamburger pickle, a bit bigger and they looked fresh.
They explained, politely, about the upcharge to change my son’s drink to a concrete and were patient with his 9 year old self as he made his own selections. I appreciated that so much!
I had the chicken tenders and fries with a drink. It was everything you’d expect chicken tenders to be.
Quick to grab me a to go box when I couldn’t finish my food.
I took one star for atmosphere because there was no soap in the bathroom.

Food has more ups than downs but they seem to have an issue with workers paying attention to orders. Today, 6Mar26, went thru the drive thru around 5 and didn’t check my order before leave, my fault. After getting home found out the order was wrong, when starting to eat one of my chicken sandwiches it was tuff with a very strange texture I have never experienced at Freddie’s. I did not eat any more than the one bit of the crispy chicken and moved on to the grilled chicken. Grilled wasn’t much better and barely ate half. We enjoy eating at Freddie’s but their cooks, at least whoever was working today, need to go back to training. I would add a picture but it was just a nasty looking pile on the plate.

The Burgers were delicious and fresh. The fries were hot and salty. We all got double steak patties and they were pretty thin. The place was pretty busy but the service was fast. We waited about 7 minutes for the food. My only complaint was since it was so busy no one cleaned the tables. I had to ask a worker if I could get a wet wipe so I could wipe it down from the previous family who had eaten there. Overall, it was a good tasting meal and we would definitely go back!

The service was very quick, taking no more than five minutes from when I paid to when my order was ready. The burger was good and made well. I added some fries to the burger for a little extra crunch, which worked out nicely. I wasn’t a big fan of the fries on their own, but the jalapeño dipping sauce was really good.

Every time I go into this place, I get a “regular” shake and end up getting this tiny little cup. I get charged almost $7 for it and its really not worth it. Today after my visit, I Googled how many oz a regular should be, and it said 16 oz. I measured the cup, and its only 8 oz. This location needs some serious schooling.

Okay, but not that impressive!
I have always been curious about this franchise but I never committed to try it. However on this particular day I decided to give it a chance.
This restaurant located on Ramsey Street is pretty easy to access. Once I arrived it was easy to find a parking spot as they were not crowded.
Appearance: your restaurant appeared to be very clean the tables were clean there was no paper on the floor so that was a plus.
Once I approached to order the menu board was difficult for me to read. I am a bit visually impaired so that was part of a struggle. However the associate was friendly and willing to help so that experience was not bad. She took the time to kindly answer my questions, so customer service was good.
They appeared to be adequately staffed and my meal was prepared in rapid time, so that was good as well.
Once I receive my food, I noticed I did not receive the fry sauce or the ketchup that was requested upon order and was clearly stated on the receipt, so I had to go back and ask for it. I didn’t have any problems getting it but I had to go back and ask for it.
I was excited to die then for a taste test in my Miller opted for onion rings for a 50 cent up charge versus the fries that directly come with the combo meal.
The food look good and smelled great. However, the taste test was very disappointing. It was just not what I expected. There was no particular unique taste about the burger or the fries. As a matter of fact they were just playing or bland if you will. I appreciate the pickle to onion ratio, which was to my liking, but outside of that I was truly disappointed. Even the fry sauce did not help, as it was bland as well. I had a diet Pepsi, mini restaurants have problems with fountain drinks and this was more of the same, it was just carbonated, no flavor.
I will not be eager to return, as I started this post it was okay but not impressive, but if you haven’t tried it, check it out and judge for yourself.
