We did drive through, so can’t really speak on atmosphere. But the food and service were great. It was my first time eating here and I really enjoyed the crispy chicken club. I tried the fried cheese curds for my side, they were soggy/greasy, but still had a great taste especially when dipped in their jalapeño sauce. Over all would definitely recommend! Will be trying a burger next time.

Let’s play a game… count the number of health code violations. The dirty water on the floor is about 2 or 3” deep. These poor employees walking around through it getting their pants legs wet. Not sure I want to eat the food I picked up here after seeing this! 12/29/2025 around 9:00pm.

Very tasty! But a bit expensive. Be sure to ask for more lettuce as it shrinks down to nothing. Not sure if they also have leaves of lettuce or just the shredded, if they do then ask for the lettuce leaves. We had the triple burger and the prime rib burger. Very good other than the small amount of lettuce. Friendly staff!! And my order was correct! Down to the addition of the mayonnaise, mustard and pickles and the types of dip.

Normally I would not leave a bad review but this was so disappointing. Not only was the order wrong, the sandwiches were pathetic. Like expect a dollar item from McDonald’s pathetic. It looks like the chicken breast was cut in half then pounded out. We ordered both the grilled and crispy chicken and they couldn’t even remember to put on the toppings the sandwiches normally come with. For the cheaper combo just over $11, this was absolutely not worth it.

I came in and it was very busy and the environment was clean. I met the cashier called Abigail, she was professional and friendly. I order Oreo double trouble and was confused so I picked sundae but after trying it and I thought I should try the concrete and she offered to bring it. Her friendliness and professionalism was spot on immediately. I will give Abigail more than 5 stars if I could. Freddys you got a great worker right there. She is a keeper for sure.

Love Freddy’s but yesterday was very salty day for both burgers and fries. Service was perfect. Actually made later my sundae instead of making it and letting it melt in the cooler like other locations do.

The quality of the fries, burger patties and frozen custard is just out of the world for today’s fast food. I thoroughly enjoyed the strawberry dream cake sundae specifically! I hope it never leaves the menu. It was made with real cheesecake bites, not just weird crumbles of “cheesecake.”

Food is ok. A little salty. Staff was friendly. But this place is filthy. I’ll post pics. It’s just awful. Most of the employees are just standing around waiting for the next customer. After dumping a trash in the dumpster one employee came back in and did not wash his hands!!
