We always have a great experience when we get to experience Freddy’s! We live in Salem Va so several hours away from this location. We ordered a grilled cheese steakburger with onion rings, sweet tea, chocolate concrete cookie dough and a bottle of their famous fry sauce!

The food was freshly prepared and dependably tasty. The frozen custard was yummy. It was my first time at the Williamsburg location, and I was there for Bingo night … which was a disappointment. You only got 8 plastic chips to mark the cards so I had to tear a piece of paper into tiny squares in order to have enough to play. The games were incredibly drawn out, with a great deal of time between calling each number because the Bingo caller was multi tasking. Literally they only got through 2 games and I was there 2 hours. I’ll continue to dine there when I’m in the burg because the food is good but for Bingo night at Freddy’s, the Hampton location seems way better.

Food was great (finished the whole plate ), actually got table service (which I’m not used to at a fast food place), and the atmosphere is just a Freddy’s. They’re all the same. I thought Freddy’s was only on the west coast but I got proved wrong today! Just as good here as it is over there.

We ordered a catering box for a small holiday gathering with friends, and Freddy’s truly outdid themselves. Everything was packed neatly, and they made sure we had everything we needed—from the trays to the napkins and utensils.
The customer service inside the restaurant was outstanding. We were greeted right away, offered help carrying the boxes to the car, and every staff member was incredibly pleasant. The food was delicious, and there weren’t any leftovers! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’ll definitely be back.

Good food that is reasonably priced. Easy to customize your burger and they get it to you fast. Looking forward to going back and sampling more of their menu. The fries were thin and excellent!

Waited an hour to get my mobile order. When I did, the order was missing multiple things. Food was cold ( which really makes the fries no good) cause it sat for so long waiting for all the pieces of the order and my concretes melted. One of my concretes was missing ingredients. Staff was really nice and apologetic and Freddy’s offered me 20 dollars via email due to the poor experience, but good grief. Order was placed at 1:47pm and I did not leave with my food until 3pm.

Best sit-down service with “fast food”. The staff was so kind and courteous. There were several staff members circulating the tables making sure we were having a good experience. I dont think we had to get up once to refill drinks or throw away trash.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Quick service. I had a rootbeer float with yummy custard and a hot dog which was pretty tasty and it was on a toasted buttery roll which was a nice touch. My hubby had a steak burger and fries. The fries are super skinny. I like that kind.

This is a burger place. We were informed they were out of pickles and bacon. There are several choices on the menu that include bacon and pickles. I should have chose another night to come in. Also they were out of cheese curds (menu item) and had no fish for the fish sandwich option. I wasn’t going to order either, but I was still kind of off without the “staples” that were missing. So I got the jalapeño burger and it was just OK. My daughter got the California Style and she liked it. They had no cups for ketchup out so I did have to ask (not a big deal) but just a service issue. I will probably try it again to see if it’s better on a different night. I didn’t try the custard so I can’t comment.
