This woman invited us INTO HER KITCHEN and explained ALL of her cheesecakes to my wife and I since we were being so indecisive. She loves what she does. It was so amazing to watch her talk about her recipes as she was transitioning these beautiful cheesecake cookies from the oven onto cookie sheets! THEN she delivered our order upstairs to The refrigerator in our hotel!! The service was absolutely outstanding!….. NOW There is absolutely no words to describe how amazing her cheesecakes are!! I am almost 50 years old and have never put a bite of deliciousness into my mouth before that has ever been close to surpassing what I experienced today!!! The only thing that makes me sad is that she has not found a way to market and distribute these cheesecakes nationwide because It’s a shame that I cannot share this experience that I’m experiencing right now with the world!!! Great job! She makes cheesecake factory seem like Betty Crocker no-bake.

My buddy kevin suggested this place but is was disgusting. This woman is rude and does NOT know how to make a simple cheesecake. I ordered a plain 11″ cake and it was burnt as can be. Tasted like it was mostly sour cream. Nasty AVOID!!! 0 STARS. Edited this is a real review she made me a custom 11″ and it sucked. All these recent 5 star reviews are fake from her cheesecake page.

Since moving back to the area, I’ve found that FDC is one of the absolute best additions to the community! You will not find better cheesecake anywhere around. Cheesecake is my favorite dessert, and she has absolutely perfected it! Dense and creamy deliciousness. Her selection of flavors is impressive, and the Flavors of the Week are always impossibly delicious and creative. The owner goes above and beyond to make my pick up times convenient. She is always kind and helpful. I’m so thankful for this small business in our community.

My family and I are from Oklahoma. We were visiting Great Bend and decided to order a cheesecake from here. It was the BEST cheesecake we had ever had. We ordered four cheesecakes and I have yet to stop thinking about them. Sure, after trying the first–a chocolate mousse with chocolate topping–I felt I had just tasted my first cheesecake of any true caliber. This wasn’t just your average Church potluck cheesecake, this one tasted exactly like the far too many Pinterest posts you’ve pinned over the years knowing full and well you’ll never attempt such a recipe.
The second was a peppermint mocha, which tasted as if Santa Claus himself had commissioned his best of elves to create it. If the naughty list had a flavor, I now know full-and-well it’s flavor.
The third was a pumpkin pecan flavored delight the tasted like a creamy, rich cinnamon roll with fresh candied pecans with just the right amount of spices.
The fourth cheesecake change my life. Her name was “Pistachio” and I honestly wept twice–once after the first bite and once after the last. The texture was chilled velvet and its flavor, pistachio butter, creme brulee and a mysteriously delectable taste I can’t seem to place. I have little to no hope in ever finding a more perfect desert as long as I nor any of us live.
I was warned–it was right there in the name.
