This place is INSANELY GOOD. I ordered the lasagna—the portion size was giant and it was DIVINE. The garlic bread is also soooo good. Bf got a pizza which was great as well. We’re excited to come back and try all the pastas.

I have lived all over the U.S. and am from Upland. This is my go to pizza spot hands down no contest. The pizza is consistently the best ive ever had. Crust is always perfectly crispy and the toppings and sauce is always so complimentary of each other. They said you put good in you get good out. This is a prime example. They use top quality ingredients and its made with love. If you are in the area this is a must.

I found this place when my boyfriend and I were trying to find a new place to eat from our regular go to’s. Was happy to walk in and what I assume is the owner was behind the counter ready to answer any questions we had.
Was so stinking sweet and we decided on a salad, a pepperoni sausage pizza, and some garlic knots.
He brought us out a bigger salad than we ordered so we could both eat some.
The food didn’t take too long either and we both enjoyed it so much. The garlic knots weren’t your usual thing either they were like little garlic bites that were crispy and buttery and we loved every bite.

I would say they’re lasagna and their spaghetti is the best in like three counties San Bernardino County,Los Angeles County and Orange County. The food makes up for any lack of customer service but most of the time their owners or owner is very friendly

My friends wanted pasta and I wanted pizza. Fratello’s hit the spot for each of us. We ordered a large salad to share but probably would have been good with just a small. They both had the chicken penne and I ordered a specialty pizza. Everything was delicious and the service was great.

I’ve ordered here before but tonight my family and I decided to dine in, and I’m so glad we did. This is a family owned establishment and you can really feel the warmth that only family owned businesses offer. The food was delicious and the staff & manager, Nick, were so hospitable. I would highly recommend dining in for an opportunity to engage with the lovely people that work there or, at the very least picking up a to go order. We will be returning to dine in again because the experience was so wonderful.

If you’d like to feel belittled, incompetent and enjoy be publicly embarrassed this would be the place. I must’ve fit the demographic of someone that would walk into a business and EXPECT to pay less than what’s required. How about get clarity or understanding from your customer before assuming they can’t pay for something they asked for. A lesson in empathy and comprehension would do whoever was in charge today.
