I was waiting for my pizza after getting my girlfriend after working a long shift and I witnessed two employees hitting a female employee with towels. It was very unprofessional. As soon as we walked in to get our za they acted like they were working the whole time.

Ordered a salami pizza with parm bites and two 2liters. Website tracker said delivered, no food, called and found out it was delivered to wrong address, offered to remake what a disappointment. Wrong pizza, cheese on thin crust, I Ordered salami on the hamdmade crust. Parm bites were lukewarm at best, and to top it off, the driver acted like it was our fault all this happened. This occurred 2 weeks ago, and I will not be reordering from here again, a shame really as I ordered weekly. GPS is on every cell phone and I live off of the main road in ripon, no reason for this, mistakes are going to happen but blaming your customers for them that’s the kicker, especially when I’m in the food service industry myself as a chef.

This location routinely makes mistakes on orders. The pizza is miscut, toppings are missing, or orders are otherwise made incorrectly. We compain about half the time, but otherwise just expect sub-par food from this establishment. Most recently there was a live insect in our pizza! A manager offered to refund the order and replace the pizza in question, but it made me sick to see an insect in our food. We took the refund and threw all the food out. We would not recommend ordering from this location and we won’t be ordering again. I wish we’d made this decision sooner.

Placed an order and it said it was delivered. Took 10 minutes after it said it was delivered on the app for it to actually show up. Once it arrived we found mushrooms on our cheese pizza. Just the complete and utter lack of customer service is a tad ridiculous. The Ripon dominos really has to get it together. They’re lucky we weren’t allergic. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to someone who is. After inspecting the pizza further, we found onion as well. It just goes to show how careless they are about the food they’re making for customers.

Ordered a pizza for pick up after refreshed app 10 times in over 50 minutes did not move?? Called was on hold another 6 minutes before my call was answered?? Guy working gave excuse of a glitch? Said my pizza was sitting for 10 minutes?? Sorry cancelled my order.. Never had that problem at any other locations?? It was my first time at this location should of read reviews before i ordered?? Domino’s if the reviews are mostly bad that usually means its management problems!! And when they are bad over a year then customers need to just shake there head and go somewhere else cause obviously things wont change?

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! We ordered a pizza at 5pm. We called at 6:15pm because the app said it was delivered, which is wasn’t, and they said they were on the road. We saw a delivery man go by twice. We called again at 6:45 asking where the pizza was, and the person on the phone AGAIN said it was out for delivery (which at this point we’re assuming the pizza is junk for how long this is taking). We called FOR A THIRD TIME at 7:40 and the guy on the other line said they canceled our order because someone called and canceled it. Of course it wasn’t us, and they weren’t going to refund the money, they were just going to leave it so thank goodness we called and told them to keep their pizza refund us. They guy on the phone was clueless. I get mistakes happen but this is absolutely ridiculous, never again will we order from them!

It’s good food but what really always stands out to me is the customer service the assistant manager, Heather, gives to my family. So friendly, helpful, and smiley! I can’t remember the specific delivery drivers name but he is just amazing with my kids! So overall, atmosphere is great!
