Oh my goodness, first time trying this restaurant and was not disappointed! The rolls are soft, warm, and delicious, did not even need butter. We started with the stuffed mushrooms in Alfredo sauce. I could have eaten this as my entree and I don’t even really care for seafood stuffing, but it was light and flavorful. I will ALWAYS order lasagna my first time in a new Italian restaurant. This one was soooo good! Hubby ordered the steak biancanieve and boy did that look delicious as well! I can’t vouch for the taste because he ate the whole thing but I’m pretty sure that speaks for itself!

I went today because someone recommended the focaccia appetizer. It reads focaccia with roasted tomatoes and herbs. 8.99. I received toasted baguette with tomatoes and melted cheese. Went back to return the order because it clearly wasn’t focaccia, the manager said to me that in America that was considered focaccia. I politely told him that focaccia is the same here and Italy and a toasted French bread clearly isn’t focaccia bread. What a experience.

The one on gause is way better. Bread was cold and dry, lasagna was ok but not even close to the gause location. Salad was brown and blah. Waiters were great.

My coworker and I randomly ended up here while traveling back to New Orleans to catch a flight on a business trip. Food was great, service was great…and the prices were extremely fair. Don’t know when Ill find myself back in Picayune…but I’d go back. The lasagna was AWESOME and authentic.

I’ve had better pizza in jail. The price wasn’t the greatest either and their large is a domino’s medium. Mom and pop shop with uncle Lester prices. I’ll never stop here again.
