Staff didn’t give professional service at all, and their uniforms matched that, being dirty and worn. Our order came and the hamburger was cold, the bun felt like it had come straight out of the fridge. So we told the guy who’d made it and he asked us if we wanted it hot, as though we should’ve known to expect a cold burger. He took it and heated it up. My chicken burger was literally the chicken and some bits of lettuce. We tried to finish a disappointing meal with something nice so ordered 2 blizzards, again the staff just didn’t seem focussed at all on giving good service. The guy who made the cold burger did then come out and apologise and offer to make up for it but it was a bit late by then and we just wanted to get our desserts and leave. Would not go here if you want nice food or a good experience.

On October 11th, my husband purchased a banana split and after he paid was told they were out of bananas. He went back on October 12th and the same thing happen. Last night was the third time he went back and purchased a banana split. No one mentioned anything to him, so he thought all was good. When I went to eat the banana split and there was no banana. We are being charged for a banana split and instead receiving a hot fudge sundae. I called last night to speak to management and was put on hold for 30 minutes and no one came to the phone.

Outstanding Service from Jake!
We placed an online pickup order today for our family of six, and were blown away by the incredible service we received. When we arrived, Jake (not from State Farm!) greeted us with a warm, funny, and friendly attitude that instantly made us feel welcome.
Our food had just been packed up and Jake reassured us that our timing was perfect–it was hot, fresh, and ready to go. We had ordered several different sauce flavors, and he took the time to confirm that everything was included. When he noticed the BBQ sauce was unavailable, he didn’t just apologize–he made sure to pack some in to-go cups so we wouldn’t miss out. That kind of attention to detail and care is rare.
Jake’s exceptional demeanor made this pickup experience truly memorable. We’re visiting from California, and this was our last quick bite before heading to the airport. Thanks to Jake, we’re leaving with full stomachs and a lasting positive impression. We’ve already told our family out here about the amazing service, and we’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

The cashier NICHOLAS M. greeted us IMMEDIATELY,which was very nice. He was very helpful and professional.
The food was good; I had a hamburger, fries with a drink.
My friend had the waffles.
He mentioned that the waffles had sugar balls in them.
He had to spit them out.
Other than that it was okay.

So I decided I wanted to get some Dairy Queen it’s been literally 2 years since I’ve had some. I came through the drive through and I have to be honest, it did take a little bit long to order, due to lack of employment. Nobody wants to work these day or make their own money. But I have to say the guy that took my order through the speaker was awesome! He took my payment and notified me that they were getting my food ready. And he kept updating me the process with my chicken strip basket and my two blizzards. It’s the fact that he made sure I got everything that I needed. I don’t see many people that treat customers with great customer service. I miss seeing that. No matter what race or ethnicity you are that should never matter.

The staff did not ask if I was using the mobile app, and I did not receive any individual condiment packets unless I specifically requested them. Additionally, the staff did not make me feel welcomed or appreciated for visiting the location and making a purchase.
