So I decided I wanted to get some Dairy Queen it’s been literally 2 years since I’ve had some. I came through the drive through and I have to be honest, it did take a little bit long to order, due to lack of employment. Nobody wants to work these day or make their own money. But I have to say the guy that took my order through the speaker was awesome! He took my payment and notified me that they were getting my food ready. And he kept updating me the process with my chicken strip basket and my two blizzards. It’s the fact that he made sure I got everything that I needed. I don’t see many people that treat customers with great customer service. I miss seeing that. No matter what race or ethnicity you are that should never matter.

Stopped in to get some ice cream with my wife. Every table in the facility was dirty. Had to ask to have a table cleaned. They cleaned the table and left it so wet we couldn’t even sit at it. Made the mistake to ask for a manager. He came out and proceeded to explain that they are short handed. This was 3:00 in the afternoon. Plenty of time to have cleaned after lunch rush. He was extremely rude asked me to leave the establishment then called Gretna police on me saying l refused to leave. I was outside getting in my vehicle when he called the cops. Was told by police I was banned and couldn’t go there again. Little do they know I will never step foot in that place again. If anyone knows what I know you will do the same. Thanks and have a great day. Oh yes was stopped and handcuffed by Gretna police down the street after leaving the establishment. Never again.

Hit and miss. Within the span of a week, one visit featured friendly, prompt service with our desserts being ready within minutes during a full dining room. The next visit with an empty dining room showcased four employees in the back chatting away on their phones and three folks working the drive through. After standing around for five minutes without acknowledgment despite making eye contact with several workers we decided to go elsewhere. Only as we were walking though the door did someone pop around and asked if we wanted to order something.

We drove up and the first thing they said was they were out of the toast for the meal. Then we waited in line for 45 minutes for our food just for them to say they no longer had dr. Pepper. We had to walk into the store for our food after they asked us to “please pull ahead” and didn’t receive our box until we complained. Once we received our food and finally drove home we looked into the box and only had seven fries in one of our meals. The ranch sauce looked like it was two years old and the gravy was stale and dry. As a Dairy Queen lover this was definitely the WORST experience I’ve had at a location by far!

Girl at the drive thru was 5 star, high professionalism. However when we got our food, I only had 2 onion rings . We had to go back in to get the rest. The kitchen staff was very unprofessional. While we did end up getting them, they were dried out and pretty nasty.
