I went and visited Frankie’s again to see the new atmosphere and what if anything had changed with their food. Inside the atmosphere was about double the size of what it used to be and it was very welcoming not like the green walls of before.Now it was a nice clean white walls that had a tile texture on them. My brother and I went there and to my surprise after we ordered our food it was at our table in about 5 to 7 minutes. The speed was amazing and the portions of the food we’re also amazing this is a place that listened to their customers and so far have done everything to improve what was already good to great. I will be back there definitely

Went here on a recommendation and it was well deserving. At first we walked into the to go side but quickly realized the restaurant was next door. Food was really authentic, had carnitas, birria egg rolls and Mexican hash which was a little confusing but delicious lol! Portions were great, so don’t fill up on chips. Will try the drinks next time, should’ve tried them the last time! Parking can be a little tricky but not terrible.

Great spot! Food was 10/10. I had the Quesabirria & Consomé and my wife had the traditional taco meal & elote. Everything was sensational. They brought us our food incredibly fast and were very accommodating. They also freshly remodeled! For sure will be coming back!

First time visiting. It was cold inside the establishment. Our waitress Madison was awesome. She had a great attitude, bubbly, and gave us recommendations on certain foods. The chips and salsa were fresh, the chips were warm and crunchy. The one thing I was disappointed with is when our food came out it wasn’t very warm. Food was good though.

We decided to make a first time stop into Franky’s because of all the good things I’ve read and heard about them.
Very disappointed. They were a little on the busy side but looked like they had enough staff to cover. We were told to go have a seat at an empty table that the hostess point to. We waited about 5 mins before she came over and just slid the menus onto the table from behind me. We waited another 10 mins for chips and salsa. Young man took our drink order. After another 10 mins I went up to the counter to get the drinks. About 5 mins later he took our food order. Food took about 20 mins to arrive.
The food was ok. My husband got the Quesabirria meal and I got the Taco bowl with chicken. Neither one of our meals had much flavor.
I got the homemade lemonade and it just takes like sugar water. I squeezed in the limes from my husband’s meal just to have some flavor. Definitely not worth $4

Fantastic local Mexican food place. I’ve been going to Franky’s Tacos now for about 2 years and I usually order once or twice a week. I’ve always had a great experience. The food is some of the best Mexican food I’ve ever had and you get a lot of food for the price. They are always polite and have a good variety of options to choose from. I highly recommend Franky’s Tacos!

Can’t say enough good things about this place. We eat at this neighborhood spot frequently, both sit-down and take away–too much if I’m honest. But the food is excellent and they’re super nice and friendly. The Flautas Carnitas are amazing and my go-to. Wife tried the ramen–they even have a kind of ramen–and she loved it. I mean, it’s all good. Definitely should be a destination for you if you like Mexican food.
