Came through the drive thru and it’s hard to find good customer service. As a Manager myself you hear only the bad. I want to say that both Cameron and Rosie were very friendly and professional. Great customer service! Thank you for the smiles and positivity picking up food after my long day at work. You both are awesome!

Food is fresh and hot when served. Much better quality than McDonalds, for almost the same price! Incredible that Culvers can deliver amazing value for price with a full human staff to serve you, while cost cutting at other chains give you automated service and poorer quality food.

I have been to a lot of CULVERS in the south where I live . I don’t know how this one is in business. My sandwich is so old and burnt it’s a hard piece of grease. I drove to my hotel so I don’t want to go back . Because they close soon. When someone orders something and you darn well know you shouldn’t serve it and you do anyways because your to lazy to do it over then you don’t need to be in business.

11/10 the only Culver’s I’ll really go to in the Aurora/Naperville area.
The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere is quiet/relaxing.
This is a great spot to have a quick date night after work and although the price is on the higher side for fast food, it’s a reliable choice.
OH and the custard! You can never go wrong with that after your meal

Culver’s is fast food, but a step-up in quality from the basic chains at a little higher price point. They hire a lot of kids and service is usually good. Went through the drive-thru and did the cod dinner with onion rings instead of fries this time. The walleye fish dinner and burgers are good too. They also have frozen custard and other frozen desserts!

So my order was very simple, a bacon cheese burger and a small cheese fry. Order placed at: 5:25 & order received at: 5:39 utterly ridiculous! The crew was busy working, but somewhere there is a mishap in workflow. The cheese dip was extremely thin and watery, and it made me think this was picked at Aldi’s.
