The chicken Francaise was different than any other I’ve ever had, I’m pretty sure it was made wrong or he made a different dish. The bread we were given was completely hard and uneatable. The fried calamari was very overcooked,almost to the point it was burnt. The pizza was pretty good.

We recently ordered a 20″ pizza from this restaurant. When we got home, we noticed it looked smaller than expected, so we measured it — and sure enough, it was only 18″, not 20″ as advertised. Yet, right on their pizza box, it says “Home of the 20” pie”!
To be fair, the pizza itself was very good — no complaints about the taste! However, the garlic knots were disappointing. Instead of traditional knots, they were more like small buns (see the attached photo).
Unfortunately, the worst part of our experience was the customer service. When we called to politely ask if we might have received the wrong size pizza, the first person we spoke to said they would check. A second person came on the line, and when we explained that the pizza was only 18″, their response was, “Well, our boxes don’t fit a 20″ pizza, so it usually hangs over the edges.” (Take a look at the photo — does it look like it’s hanging over?)
To make matters worse, when my husband mentioned that we would be leaving a negative review based on our experience, the employee replied, “If you have nothing better to do with your life, go ahead,” and then hung up on us.
Good food, but terrible service. Unfortunately, that kind of attitude ensures we won’t be returning.

I called in and picked up a pizza pie from this place. The staff was friendly when I went in to grab it. The food itself is good quality—definitely a solid pizza. Based on a quick look at the space, the dining area doesn’t seem very big; I got the impression they lean more into takeout than sit-down dining. For what it’s worth, my sister mentioned it’s a local favorite, which makes sense given the quality of the food. It’s a reliable spot for a quick pie.

False advertising on uber orders. I called when I did not receive the “Sierra Mist bottle” Drinks that were supposed to be included with the meals she was very rude stating that it was a lunch special for “lunch” orders before 3pm!! And to take it up with Uber!! Smh ridiculous and unprofessional.
Food is always pretty good. No matter what!! We request lightly cooked pizza extra sauce! Always cooked perfectly to our liking! Honestly, we thought that the skinnier pizza cook was not such a great cook. However, he’s not so bad…heavier set cook is exceptional! Chicken parm tray was eh…..chicken Marsala chicken was tender and juicy yet the sauce needed a little more TLC

I have used them for years . I always use their coupon family pack 2 pies, 2 dozen wings and a 2 liter. It was 40 something. I last used it in Sept. 2025. Placed same order today and was told total is 75.00 and the coupon is decades old. I have ordered penne-a-la- vodka many times as well and depending on who I got total was always different! I canceled my order this evening. I understand inflation but you have to be accountable for the coupons that are still online or take them down!!

I will never come back to this place and will forever go to joes pizzeria. $55 on the worst dinner ever, and they won’t do anything about it, the lady told us to bring our food back if we wanted a refund that it’s their policy but on what planet does a restaurant make you do that and try’s not to fix the issue. They also never respond to terrible reviews or care to fix the issue. Seriously who runs this place?
