It was good!! Yummy food. Very quick and fast service. Git seated very promptly. I just felt that the dumplings didn’t have as much flavor as I was expecting and they didn’t wow me. The noodles themselves were also very yummy but seemed to be missing something. Idk if I should order them spicier (level 2 was pretty mild to me) and I ordered veggie noodles instead of meat ones so maybe the meat would give it more flavor I was missing? I would definitely go back and give them another try.

Whenever I’m in town, I make it a point to get food from here. I’ve even taken it back across the country just so my family could experience it for themselves! Frank’s Noodle House came highly recommended to me — and now I’m passing that same recommendation on to others.
This place is all about the food. Don’t come expecting a fancy atmosphere or stunning decor. Honestly, if no one had told me to check it out, I probably would’ve walked right past, judging it by its modest exterior. Luckily, I was with friends who insisted we go in.
And I’m so glad they did — because the flavors here are incredible. Sometimes the best meals come from the places that don’t try to impress you with looks… they let the food do all the talking.

I will start out with the food was good, as in I would eat there again, but not amazing. I was kind of disappointed because I had heard such great things about this place but I have to say the dumplings lacked flavor and the dumpling dough was grainy. The noodles were good but did not taste fresh. The dishes were all good but lacked seasoning and flavor. All that being said, the service was fantastic. The waiter was attentive and we got our food quickly, which I appreciated because the restaurant itself is very small and very crowded on the weekend. I would imagine it’s very hard to serve in such a small space! The whole staff was wonderful and I really enjoyed the experience.

These noodles were extremely delicious. They had a great bite, texture, taste, everything you want. I ordered the signature stir fry noodle dish with pork belly. The spice level I chose was a 2, but I could have gone up. The pork belly was also perfect. We sat down for a late lunch; we were seating and served very quickly. Overall, I absolutely recommend eating here.

This was our 2nd trip here, and we ordered Pork Belly Stir-Fried Hand-Pulled Noodles, Sesame Chicken, Crab Puffs, and Thai Tea. It is family-style eating. The Sesame Chicken was tasty, and I loved how tender it was. I probably could have gone for another round of crab puffs, 4 was not enough, especially because we were sharing. The Thai Tea took me back to Thailand. It’s been a long time since we had decent Thai tea. The noodles seemed to be lacking flavor for some reason. This is the one thing I do recall ordering the last time, and it was so flavorful.
We got lucky. We were pretty much the only ones eating in there since we went to eat at a weird time. The waiter was friendly and did a good job. We’ll be back again.

Hands down the best noodles I’ve ever had. Both locations have texture and flavor that just hits your tastebuds. They also upgraded their spicy levels if you dare to a good challenge. Staff is always paying attention to people’s needs, wants, and suggestions which is rare nowadays. I recommend trying out the spring rolls & the beef hand pulled noodles as it’s my personal favorite combination.

Noodles are tasty, but sauces are TOO SALTY.
It’s been several years since I’ve eaten here , not returning because of the past overt saltiness of the dishes here. I decided to retry Franks .
Again, as in the past , service is decent, and the atmosphere and vibe is fine, but the noodle dishes are prepared with an overly salty sauce.
The noodles themselves, sans sauce, are tasty , chunky with a great mouth-feel. . The sauces on the noodles are the salty culprits on these noodle dishes. The salty sauces, in my opinion, leave you with irritating feeling on your tongue and in your mouth. . I actually brought my unfinished noodles back home and rinsed the noodles off under running water several times. The resulting sauce-free noodles were superb. !!!!!!
Handicap ♿️ somewhat challenging because of narrow spaces
Final take.. .again, Noodles are great , SAUCE FREE.
