Frank’s Fort Diablo is a part of a Ranch-to-table operation, with each location featuring Echo Mountain Ranch beef as well as beef sourced from other Wyoming ranchers meeting our quality standards. This ensures the cattle are at the desired weights and optimum age to increase their marbling and flavor, making spectacular steak! Frank’s Butcher Shop in Hudson, Wyoming processes all of our beef. Just had dinner at Frank’s Fort Diablo. Was terribly disappointed. Great drinks! Service was horrendous ! Ordered appetizers as soon as we sat down, didn’t get them until after our salad, right before our entree. Prime rib came to the table cold. Spoke to manager but she didn’t seem to care or offer to compensate. Only sorry. Hope you come back. No, don’t think so. Frank, do you know what’s going on at your establishment establishment?

We went during deer creek days. They took a reservation for our large family and handled everything perfectly. We all had steak cooked to different temps and they all turned out perfectly. I will be back again.

Talk about a small town, big dining experience. My wrestling team and I came here after a tournament. There was about 10 of us and they took us without a reservation (which I hear is rare so make one, especially for big parties). The service was great, we were always attended to. The food was phenomenal. I had the Signature Cut Prime Rib. Wow. Talk about a thick cut of prime and the weight had to be mostly meet cause there wasn’t much fat on it, which I love. Overall, it was a great experience. Wish I would have gotten a pic of that prime. Try it. You won’t be disappointed.

Service was terrible. They ran out of the ONLY vegetable they serve and every other side was carb based. Had to get up and ask for silverware and napkins as the waitress was Never present … oh but was she ever so polite when leaving the tab.

Had the prime dip. It was absolutely delicious!!! The inside has a very 1970s bar vibe, super retro and nostalgic. Don’t let the 1970s comment scare you. The restaurant is very clean and tidy!

This use to be a very good place until it changed ownership. Now the food is mediocre at best and the new owner almost doubled his prices and I’m guessing dropped the quality of food. This an update went there again 11/26/22 and the food was the same except the salad was rotten so please stay away unless you want to get sick
