Food was okay. Waitress was good. Owner Frank’s Wife not respectful of customers. Came up to us complaining about Americans and Canadians being terrible tippers. Before we even paid our bill. She had no reason to tell us this. She also complained that Canadians have walked out on their bill. That rich Mexicans tip excellent but poorer Mexicans get food cheaper and they do not expect tips OMG I have never ever been to a place of business like this. Keep your thoughts to yourself lady. For Frank if you are reading this we were highly recommended to go to your restaurant by friends from Canada you should know that your wife is not good with customers maybe you need to return from PV opening your new restaurant before your wife looses all your customers in Ixtapa. Side note we found Shortie’s after our experience at Franks. Spent a lot of $ there and every time there (4 times) was a 20 percent tip. This would have been your business if not for our experience.

Great service and food but they charged us roughly double and we didn’t notice until we left which yes I agree was on us for not verifying before we paid but they don’t give you an itemized bill just amounts in USD and PX . Check your bills and pay attention before you pay

Service was aweful. Expensive for what you get. Two appitizers. Ceasar salad and a poutine. Two beer and 1 mojito. Alost 700.00 pesos. In canada thats 50.00 .what a rip off.

Great place for whole family!! Kids can enjoy pizza and adults can try other specialties. Good place for watching sports. Food was great. My shrimp wrapped in cheese and bacon was delicious!! Kids ate meat lovers pizza!!

We were the only people in the restaurant our coconut shrimp came out way over cooked almost burnt. Ten minutes later our seafood pizza came out. It was okay. Certainly not worth the money. . I would not recommend this restaurant.

If you are looking for BBQ Ribs. This is the place to be. Frank is an awesome dude. His staff is great! The food is extremely delicious. The lasagna is absolutely amazing. We visit this place every year, we come to Ixtapa. Our family is never disappointed it. I would highly recommend this place. One more thing- the Pizza. Holy smokes! Delicious.

We had a craving for something not Mexican and we were not disappointed. The BBQ ribs are simply amazing. Choose the baked potato to accompany them and your taste buds will thank you, delicious. Frank’s mom’s lasagna recipe is over the top delicious as well. This place is a gem in Ixtapa and you should definitely check it out. Tasty Margaritas as well. We’ll be back next time we’re down here for sure.

Frank’s is an amazing place. The atmosphere was great and there was some great live music. The brick oven pizza tasted amazing and the seafood Alfredo was some of the best past I have ever had. If you are in the area I highly suggest stopping in.

One of the only places in Ixtapa that has the NFL, NHL satellite packages. It’s a great place to relax and watch your favorite team. The food is great. Made to order pizzas! I liked mine with a crisper crust. The owner and the staff are friendly and professional.
