Frankie‘s recently opened and as you can imagine there was a line out the door, even though it was raining today. Inside, I found a very nice interior that was being well managed by the owner himself. Since it was my first time, I decided to try the flight of three mini burritos and I was very well surprised. While they are small, three small burritos do the trick and the different types of salsa were also delicious. While the parking was not super easy, it is an opening day/week situation so there are a lot of people in the area that want to come try this restaurant there is outdoor seating, however, there is no indoor seating next time I go there I’m going to try a regular full-size burrito, but all I can say is everything was delicious served up fairly quickly and when I got home to eat, I was very happy. I decided to go to Frankie‘s.

Second time at Frankie’s, just wanted to share the owner is amazing and while he’s building his base, he tells you about every option humanly possible and make sure you’re happy.
Love that.
Yes there is a Dog Haus on the other side of Town but this is truly worth the trip.

Go check it out.

Sunset Burrito was delicious.
I eat a lot of breakfast burritos, this was the tastiest ever. Fluffy eggs, perfect potatoes, no one ingredient dominating.
I will go back even though it means driving through the hateful Kanan 101 intersection.

Unassuming spot with a loyal crowd! It was very busy when I went, but they bring the food out fairly quickly. The breakfast burrito is loaded and has plenty of egg and meat, not just tater tots like some other places. It’s a perfect balance. The bacon is very crispy as well and they certainly aren’t stingy with the bacon. You MUST try the salsa macha with your burrito. My goodness it’s so good. The maple pecan cinnamon roll is also fantastic. A little sweet, but nice and moist with delicious sticky pecans.

Great atmosphere, we brought the family. Burritos and coffee. The owner greeted us and asked what they could do better. Very friendly service and best of all, tasty burritos! Construction worker approved lol

Man I wish I found this place sooner! I LOVE breakfast burritos. The food is 10/10. Everything from the presentation to the taste. They use beef tallow to cook with which is AMAZING. Definitely coming here again

We needed breakfast after a hike in Malibu Creek SP and found Frankie’s about 3.5 miles from our trailhead. We were two hungry omnivores and one starving vegetarian. The menu of composed burritos was excellent. I had a hard time choosing one, but I finally landed on the Southwest Supreme with the tater tots on the side (yes, you can make adjustments to the compositions). The burrito was delicious – started from the middle and ate to both ends and there was sauce enough to make even the very ends very palatable. I should have brought half home but I ate it all – I left stuffed and skipped dinner!
My vegetarian pal had the plant-based Sol Verde – it was protein-packed and very satisfying. I don’t remember want the other guy ordered, but he wolfed it down, so he was not disappointed.
You can make any burrito into a tostada bowl. I’ll try that next time with pulled pork.

Went to Frankie’s for the first time yesterday and the food was delicious! It’s an order at the counter type place with some outdoor seating (though they told us that they’ll be enclosing the seating into a patio soon). We chatted a bit with the owner while we waited for our food (you can pre-order but we didn’t) and both he and one of his staff that were there were very nice. A bit pricy for a casual experience, but the food was worth it! And the owner is a local, so it feels good supporting a local business.

Small burritos and over priced. The Chorizo was not good at all but the Chicken Tinga was tasty and so were the salsas. I genuinely wanted to like to this place for a local breakfast joint but the staff weren’t that friendly and both times I’ve been the coffee jugs were empty and not refilled. No bathroom, no place to sit if there’s more than 6 people there. Long wait times. It’s still new so hopefully it improves.

Frankies Breakfast Burritos are absolutely the best. We have tried almost all of them. Along with these amazing burritos, another must try is those crack tots. Fried in beef tallow and finished with truffle. Can’t stop at one. So very glad this amazing eatery is here in Agoura Hills. So many amazing salsa. Definitely a must try! ❤️
