I always hear great things about Frankies so I wanted to try it. I waited about 10 minutes to place my order which wasn’t that bad. I ordered a hot dog with chili cheese and raw onions. I was told they had to put the onions on the side because they are not aloud to put onions on the hot dogs which is extremely weird. I then told her no worries, I’ll change it to hot dog with the works. I drive up the girl at the window was super nice, handed me my box and I drive off. Normally I wait there until I inspect my order but it was a bit busy so I left. Not only was my order wrong (they gave me a chili dog) it looks like my ketchup was at war because they were all stuck together with old ketchup all over them, which quite frankly was disgusting because who knows how long that’s been like that. The hot dog was cold and the chili was disgusting. Needless to say there won’t be another visit.

Love love love my Frankie’s! Frankies Special hot dog is my favorite and the steak fries are to dye for! Just add salt and ketchup and its Heaven! We did not go inside but if u have never been there before, take a look at the old newspaper articles hanging up on the wall. The inside is clean and well maintained and thats where u get the best selection of all their toppings ie onions, relishes etc. During busy eating times, there is usually a long line of cars in the drive thru. Sometimes it does take forever to get thru that line of cars but u have to remember that they are also very busy inside the restaurant and they’re moving as fast as they can.

Seems like every time you go to the drive through the order is wrong. Why? Can’t be that difficult to take an order then double check to see that it’s correct.
