We stopped in for some coffee and ended up picking up a bit of food to go—and we’re glad we did. The biscuits and gravy were exceptional, and the quality of the food was matched by their selection of clearly labeled fresh meats and eggs, which adds a thoughtful, local touch that’s hard to come by.
Whether you’re in for breakfast, lunch, or dinner, everything is made fresh, and the menu offers something for anyone looking for a quick bite or a comfortable place to relax.
We visited on a slow, rainy Sunday, and the staff went above and beyond. They were warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged—offering recommendations, asking about our preferences, and ensuring we felt completely welcomed.
The gravel parking lot and corner-lot location give the place an authentic country feel, and the outdoor seating area will be a great spot to enjoy during the spring and summer months.
If you’re in the area, this is truly a must-visit—a perfect blend of quality, hospitality, and small-town charm.

Fabulous food and drinks. The highlight of our trip to the area. The cinnamon rolls (gluten free!) are to die for. All the meat for the sandwiches and chili and soups are from the owners’ local farm. Absolutely don’t miss this little gem!

Delish sandwiches and the best sweet potato fries I’ve had in a long time! There is so much variety! I was also pleasantly surprised that they had Boba on there Menu. The bathroom was super clean with a baby changing table. Really nice stop!

Fun little eatery. Food was good and the iced coffee was excellent. But that said they were very under staffed and sadly front ceiling tiles were falling. But I buy steak and they sell it. But I stood in line for the 2nd time for a while and decided not wait around. To the owners $$$ I would of dropped $100 on your steak’s.

Been here a couple of times. Great coffee! The food was delicious every time I’ve ordered. Right off a pretty busy road and next to train tracks but inside it’s cute and cozy. I haven’t been during nice weather, so haven’t used the outdoor seating, but it looks like it would be very comfortable and relaxing. Will have to come back to see.

UPDATE EDIT: I graduated from a Fairfax County HS over 4 years ago, have never lived in Louisa, and do not know any of the staff here. I wrote this review as an honest opinion of my experience at this establishment. The owner clearly made up this “high school beef” lie to try to discredit my honest review and shows their lack of professionalism.

If I could give this place a 0 star review I would. First off we had ordered iced coffee which came out super bitter. But I have a preference for sweeter drinks, so you may enjoy that.
The food we got was underwhelming. I got the bacon egg and cheese croissant. sandwich with hash browns, and the hash browns weren’t cooked through at all. My sister got the egg bites with fruit and her food had hair inside the box and her fruits had leaked out and all over the other food in the bag. I do not recommend this place for anyone. It’s also not affordable at all. After getting 3 iced lattes with a milk substitute and 2 sandwichs and 1 egg bite was around $45. Save your money and go somewhere else

Bethel Bites is a gem! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff are genuinely friendly and attentive. We loved the food and coffee—everything was fresh and flavorful. Big bonus: they offer gluten-free options, which made the experience even better for our family. Highly recommend stopping by for a cozy bite and great service!

We split a cheese steak with all the toppings, and a side of sweet potato fries. The food was excellent and we enjoyed their friendly service. You order at the counter and they bring your food to you. There’s a nice outdoor eating area where you can watch the trains go by.

We love Bethel Brews. We are out of towners and come to visit twice a year. We absolutely make sure we stop into Bethel Brews as many times as possible. The coffee drinks are so delicious whether you get a sweet drink or a plain latte. And there are so many drink options. We also picked up some frozen steaks to cook and they were perfection! Recommend!

Clean inside and outside seating area. Staff greeted us upon entering and was nice throughout our ordering. Great size portion on the bowls. I got the bacon, husband got the sausage. The flat white espresso drink was phenomenal. Wish I lived closer by to visit most days of the wk!
