Had a lovely time at Frankie & Benny’s tonight. The food was delicious and very generous in portion size. We were served by a new waitress—I think her name was Kira—and she did a great job. Can’t fault the place at all, 10/10 to everyone.

We were greeted lady who sat us at a table, Ollie our waiter was excellent, very polite, friendly and helpful. He made our dining experience so much better. I had Cobb salad with chicken, really fresh and tasted great. My so had BBQ chicken burger with sweet potato fries, again very nice. Food was hot, place was clean, staff were really nice, despite being busy! Thanks.

Went for lunch, celebrating my adult daughter’s birthday… the waiter surprised us all by arranging for a dessert and candle to be brought out whilst playing happy birthday. Very nice touch to an already pleasant experience. Food was delicious, service friendly, atmosphere relaxed. Also had a great deal using my blue light card (40% off).

We don’t often leave reviews but this restaurant is so worthy of our praise.
We have visted a few times and on every occasion we have been greeted with warmth, fantastic service and delicious food! Yesterday we celebrated our grandson’s 15th birthday and we were a large party. We were looked after by Scott and other staff members. The service was impeccable and Scott was very attentive! The food arrived quickly and was absolutely delicious!! Cannot recommend this restaurant enough with fabulous staff and excellent chefs!! We will be returning very soon!

Having been let down by another restaurant due to the size of our party. We were welcomed and given a great spot in the restaurant, our server Ollie was polite, great with the kids and gave us an amazing service all evening. We got everything we ordered without an issue, Ollie made our whole experience a really enjoyable evening. Having had not so good previous experiences at this restaurant it’s nice to see the new servers are really putting the time and effort into the experience rather than just taking orders and serving food. We were served with a smile, humour and an attentive attitude making our evening thoroughly enjoyable throughout. I will definitely be visiting again and I do hope Ollie is there to greet us, thank you Ollie

The restaurant that’s recommended by local people. The portion is very big (for an Asian lady), I ordered half rack of BBQ Ribs with jacked potatoes and the ribs is very tender and tasty. My mum ordered a Chicken Parm pasta and it’s nothing miracle but satisfying. The price is not cheap but reasonable, 4 dishes below (for 4 people) costed us £92.5 in total. The food took ~10mins to arrive and the service/staff is fantastic.
All in all it’s a comfort food that won’t disappoint.

We visited recently for my son’s birthday meal and had a wonderful experience. The staff were really helpful and friendly and our food was hot and delicious, all coming out at once even though there was 16 of us! We even had the birthday song and the staff brought out my son’s cake with candles, which made his day. Fantastic service and great value, would highly recommend.

Ordered main course, and it arrived no longer than 10 mins wait. I had a prawn cobb salad, which was delicious but far too overpriced. My brother had the burger, and said ‘it was the best he’s ever had.’ Really lovely sundaes as well. Staff were polite and restaurant was clean. The only fault I have (which may sound a bit silly), is I didn’t really appreciate the flickering of lights multiple times for birthday celebrations. I understand they want to make it special for the people celebrating, but being epileptic and having severe migraines, this can be quite dangerous for myself and many others. They should’ve really checked no one was photosensitive before doing this.
