Wonderful food at a food truck, just off hwy 37 on 1604 going west! We live in the Elmondorf/Floresville area and make the drive for dinner about once every two weeks. The value of the food is exceptional! I’ve yet to try the whole menu but, guarantee you’ll find your favorite on their menu. They have reopened officially at their new location after a 3 week wait but, was SO excited when they reopened!

I quite enjoy Frank’s tacos. They honestly try to keep the prices low and quality high, so you will always feel like you’re getting a decent deal for a delicious bite. They could always skimp and save money on spices like other taco trucks that have bland tasteless eggs, but they don’t. I am glad that whenever I am able to stop by and get some tacos, that they have never do this and it is the same ‘ol Frank’s Tacos I have come to love.

Pretty good tacos, the Pastor and Shrimp were great. Tripe and Barbacoa were ok. Service was great a friendly. Definitely will be back.
