I am so upset. I actually cried my way home. Today is St. Joseph’s Day. It’s a very important religious holiday. I’m expecting my family and friends. Our priest even stops by to bless the table. Growing up in the town, Frank’s was a staple of my childhood. Even though i live a good 35 minutes away, I still order my cross every year. I ordered days ahead of time, pre paid. I got up early today and was excited to pick up my 3′ cross. The centerpiece of my table. And guess what I pick up? A 2′ bread, slapped into a piece of bread. When I questioned the manager/owner, I got an attitude. The woman raised her voice and snapped her nails in my face. I was applauded that here i was a paying customer, on one of my religious holidays, and i was being scolded. I even showed a picture of last year’s crossing. She replied I didn’t specify what I wanted. I order every year. Spoke to Paul. I was confident I was picking up exactly what I ordered. So disappointing. I promise this, I will not be ordering or traveling to them anymore.

Our wedding cake was the best! Everyone loved it! We got carrot cake, chocolate and cannoli separated in each tier. The carrot cake was a hit! It was elegant and simple cake. Beautiful job!

Highly recommend Frank and Son. I live near the bakery and go in frequently, when I found out that they partner with Swan Lake Caterers, which was our wedding venue, I was so excited and knew we were in great hands. The staff at the bakery are always so nice. They set up a little table for our taste testing and my we had such a hard choice that we chose two flavors, red velvet, and carrot, with cream cheese filling and icing. We told the staff that we were having sunflowers and they said they can incorporate them. We also opted for a cannoli and strawberry with a slice of cake. The cannoli were fresh and delicious. We received so many compliments on presentation and taste. We were so happy with the finally products. The price was way below what we were anticipating as well, which is such a plus considering it was for a wedding. I wouldn’t expect anything less, if I’m just being honest.

Ariana is very rude. not optimistic at all. i understand you guys can’t promise that things will be perfect but she and the other staff as well make you feel more like they’re gonna do things incorrectly than they make you feel like there’s a chance they can do things right.

While my wife of 76 years old was buying cookies in Franks, a man, dress in ragy clothes, came up behind her and demanded money from her. He also went in the tip jar and took money. The girl behind the counter insisted nothing happened and an older women from the back calls my wife a liar, even though she wasn’t, their. Think twice about going to Franks.
