I’ve been here a few times — I’ve dined in, ordered takeout, and even booked ahead — and overall, the customer service has usually been good. That’s why my most recent pick-up experience was such a huge disappointment.
I ordered three cannolis, and I will never get over how terrible they were. It was truly the worst cannoli experience I’ve ever had. The shell tasted absolutely disgusting — I couldn’t believe how bad it was — and the cream was just mid. There were barely any chocolate chips in it, if any at all. My whole family took one bite, looked at each other, opened the car doors at the same time, and spit it out. We ended up throwing them all away.
I also ordered a large pizza. I normally love their pizza, but this time two slices didn’t have any toppings on them despite paying extra. And the slices that did have the toppings it was all in one spot. We had to eat the slice sideways just to get the toppings! And to make it worse, by the time I got home — which was a straight drive there and back — the pizza was already cold.
And let me add this — the price for an order of chicken tenders is insane. It’s literally just four tenders, and the cost is crazy for what you get. Everything besides the pizza feels extremely overpriced.
Customer service during pickup was just average. They don’t really acknowledge you when you walk in — you just stand there until someone finally comes to the counter.
Overall, the pizza is usually good, but everything else is wildly overpriced. The cannolis were the worst I’ve ever had, and I wouldn’t risk ordering anything beyond the pizza again.

On a drive from Daytona beach to Fort Lauderdale we wanted to grab a pizza for dinner. We found Frank and Al’s and stopped in to grab a Hawaiian and a cheese pizza. It did the job and for the price it was reasonable. Not a place I am going to go out of my way to go back to, but decent for a quick bite on the road, and better than fast food.

3.25 stars….Located in the back corner in a strip mall so there is plenty of parking. Very friendly and attentive service, I ordered a large pie for takeout. It is an actual large pie when most others try to pass off a medium size as a large pie. Overall the pizza lacked salt and the crust is a bit heavy, with not much flavor either. Oregano was pretty heavy in some spots but not others.

Been ordering takeout from here for 10+ years, spend alot of money on them because they have good food. But have a very rude woman answering the phone now who continuously kept telling me they won’t deliver to me even though they’ve been delivering here for 10 years and had a attitude about it.

I was really satisfied with this place. They had a real nice two slice lunch special. Great place to go for lunch and a quick slice of pizza. A small local pizza shop that has great local vibes! Pizza crust was nice. Not too doughy, and it wasn’t hard. Really nice flavor and the cheese was very good on it too. Not burnt or anything.

Excellent service and food!! This place was clean and all staff were wearing mask (During COVID).
The staff was extremely friendly and professional. They promptly greeted us and took our order.
It took only 10 minutes to get a giant pizza and garlic knots.
Both the pizza and knots were extremely delicious. The pizza was cooked perfectly and the cheese was golden, but gooey at the same time. The garlic knots were seasoned amazingly.
Highly recommend if you are in the area!!

For a pizza joint in a strip mall, the food and service at Frank & Al’s Pizza is a step above the rest. The food is good, the staff friendly, and the prices are lower than would be expected. I like their steak sandwich, and their pizza by the slice offer is a good deal with larger than expected pieces. We have both eaten in and gotten food to go, and I highly recommend that you give them a try.

Real, authentic, NY style pizza! I love pizza, but I am a harsh critic of it. This is the perrrrrrrfect style. NY but not too thin. Airy and crispy. Full of toppings. Full of flavor. 10/10 huge fan.
