Who needs to know
I had been craving ice cream for days so was looking forward to coming and ordering a chocolate extreme brownie blizzard. What I got was anything but. It looked like vanilla ice cream with some sprinkles. I was very disappointed. I don’t know if Harrodsburg has gone downhill or what.

Placed a mobile order for curbside pickup, my husband waited for 20 minutes past the designated pickup time in the parking lot and then went inside to check on the order. Once inside an employee was very rude towards my husband and other employees about our pickup order. My husband asked politely for future reference was the curbside pickup not an option for this DQ and the employee was rude telling him it was but he should probably just not do it anymore. I understand that staffing might have been low but he was more than patient in waiting and inquiring about our food that wasn’t even started until he walked in to ask and they discovered the curbside order. This dq just lost 2 customers today.

2023: Very good Cheeseburger here. Grilled and with fresh lettuce and tomato . Onion rings were ok, but not my style. I had some shoestring fries and they were good. We liked the layout of the dining room. Will go again to eat here.
2025: Double Cheeseburger with fries was great. Freezer condenser was loud where we were seated.

a rude, funky, musty, wrinky lady had the worst attitude. they’re lucky i’m a woman of God because i would’ve spit on her with her nasty attitude. asked her for a honey mustard & a coupon for my sundae and you would’ve thought i asked her to cook me a 5 course meal, take the trash out, wash the dishes, take the dog on a walk, and do the laundry. mind you, i guess DQ got rid of they big dipping sauces because this DIME size of honey mustard she gave me in this lil ole cup

Honestly it was probably a fluke, but you made my blizzard completely wrong. Choco Brownie Xtreme Blizzard gets cocoa fudge, choco chunks, and brownie bits. This has no cocoa fudge, and isnt even completely mixed. Its a small, there is zero reason for it to look like this. My bf’s small Oreo blizzard isnt mixed well either. Do better.

Ordered a deal off their app, no problem. The problem was that I altered what was on the hamburger via the app, an easy process, yet the sandwich had everything on it, which was NOT WHAT WE ORDERED ‼️ The hamburger was bland , warm not hot and the fries were over salted. But the Pepsi Zero was refreshing and tasty. Overall not a good experience

Just ordered a banana split w ice cream n fudge & whip cream, it looked good, but when I got home well, it was all banana n they was hard as could be n seriously only got one little scoop of ice cream. Threw it away cause the bananas was hard n nasty, wasted almost 6$ man o man disappointed again….
