They have several tables on the inside if you decide to dine-in. They have large screens showing their menu items, ranging from breakfast sandwiches, churros and savory/sweet crepes.
I ordered the egg/ham croissant bfast sandwich. They were nice enough to make even during dinner. I like how generous they are with the eggs and ham. It included fresh avocado on the side. Overall, it was pretty good. The eggs were nice n fluffy.
The thing that made the experience here less than stellar was a lack of…words? Customer service? Etc. The gentleman at the register taking our order looked at us like he didn’t want to be there. He said “what do you want” and nothing else the entire encounter. He didn’t ask “is that all?” “Would you like a drink?”? – the things you expect from every other place. The young woman who brought us our order said less than that, actually nothing. Not even a smile or hello or your welcome, after we said thank you. I then asked her for a box and she looked at me without saying anything and turned around and got one, hesitantly.
LESSON LEARNED – I tipped them upfront when I ordered and paid. Now I learned my lesson to not tip up front, and make the restaurant ***earn*** their tip. I no longer tolerate bad customer service – especially when the restaurant is clearly not busy.
They seemed to be filming new videos. Not sure for their tv ads. Meaning the owners were there. You would think there would be some like welcome!
Customer service was not good.I am not picky and give people benefit of the doubt. But not a smile. Nothing.
Even when my husband went to go get a box to go. It was like he was inconveniencing them.
Handicap seating available. Plenty of indoor seating. We took ours to go.
Customer service was okay, they were more talking than doing the orders. I feel that’s why it took so long to get my order.
I gave it a second chance but I don’t think I’ll stop by again.
The menu looks varied and interesting, though, with plenty of options to choose from.
The Deluxe Crepe is pure perfection for anyone with a sweet tooth. It’s generously filled with fresh banana and strawberry, layered with rich Nutella, strawberry syrup, and chocolate syrup, then topped with fluffy whipped cream and a scoop of ice cream. Every bite is decadent, balanced, and incredibly satisfying without being overly sweet. It’s indulgent in the best way possible.
If you’re in the mood for something savory, the Turkey Bacon Avocado Crepe is a must-try. Packed with tender turkey, crispy bacon, and melted mozzarella, then topped with creamy avocado, juicy cherry tomatoes, fresh spinach and arugula, and a perfectly cooked fried egg—it’s hearty, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. It’s the kind of crepe that feels comforting and elevated at the same time.
Franco’s Churro House truly shines in its variety and execution. Whether you’re craving a dessert-style crepe or a filling savory option, this place nails it every time. Add in the welcoming atmosphere and consistently great food, and it’s easy to see why Franco’s is becoming a favorite.
Highly recommended—once you try it, you’ll definitely be back for more.
