Just bought a cheesecake and cut into it, took a bite, and it tasted weird. When I looked closer, I realized there was mold inside. Really disappointing and honestly gross. This needs better quality control because customers shouldn’t be buying spoiled products.

We were referred to Francesco’s Bakery by our wedding venue Westbury Manor for our upcoming reception, and had the pleasure of meeting with Jamie for our cake tasting. She was so friendly and helpful during the process, I literally felt like I was talking to a long lost friend! She walked us through the process of the tasting and all the potential flavor combinations that are available, and explained to us that the wedding cake would taste even better because it is baked fresh for our event as opposed to the samples that come from pre-prepared sheet cakes. She was so accommodating and even prepared me an amazing pistachio cappuccino that I would make the trip out from Queens for. She explained the many ways in which we could modernize the designs available as part of our venue package and the ways we could customize if we wanted to pay an additional cost. Overall, we have nothing but nice things to say about the team at Francesco’s and we will be back.

My husband and I got our wedding cake from Francesco’s bakery and it was beyond our expectations. It was everything we wanted and more. The flavors of the cakes were amazing and everyone loved the cake at the wedding. Moreover, they were so amazing that they gave us a complimentary cake for our wedding anniversary.

One of the best sandwiches I’ve had… period. All handmade, freshly baked bread, and premium ingredients. The care put into the flavour profile is what I’d expect to find on the streets of Tuscany from a multigenerational shoppe. Really, this place has no business being this good!

Absolutely disgusting. Came for the first time yesterday, ordered red velvet cake. Never tasted a red velvet cake this bad. The cake was super dry, no cream cheese, used cheap cream to make it. Butter was super salty. We had to pay 40$ the cake and had to throw out the entire thing. Totally ruined the birthday experience. Overall it felt like a dummy cake for show. Will not recommend this place!!

This bakery was part of my wedding package at Westbury Manor, and my experience was unfortunately far below expectations. The cake tasting felt rushed and inattentive, and follow-up communication afterward was inconsistent. Although the design consultation with a manager went smoothly and I paid extra for the custom look I wanted, the cake delivered on my wedding day did not match the agreed-upon design.
I had specifically ordered fresh strawberries for the bottom tier, but the cake was filled with whipped cream instead. The texture tasted old, as though it had been refrigerated for too long, and several guests noticed the same issue.
I reached out after the wedding, and while I initially received a response, my attempts to follow up went unanswered. At this point, three weeks later, I’ve let it go; but it was a disappointing experience, especially knowing I had another baker who produced exceptional favors for the same event.
If you’re given the option, I recommend choosing your own bakery rather than relying on this one simply because it’s included in a package.

thank you Francesco bakery staff. Specially Jaimie, she was amazing. Cake tasting was a nice experience. we sampled all the original flavor. Designed our own cake and cookies with Jaime’s help. She was great thru out the process. Easy to communicate via text, email or calling the shop.

Beat price for the Best Pastel de Nata in New York!! The owner himself makes them with legit love and care which you taste. You can even buy them frozen to make on your own!! I’m not kidding when I say I crave these in the middle of the night!! The consistency and flakey crust is UNMATCHED!!

Bakery is nice and clean. Have so many different varieties of sweets with beautiful decorated cakes. Kaleopy took my mom’s wedding order and made the process quick and easy. Overall the cake was beautiful.

The workers were so kind! However, I asked the lady helping me if the item I was pointing to were eclairs and she told me they were so I bought a box of them. These were filled with whipped cream and not the traditional custard. Please clarify that these are not traditional custard filled eclairs, as the items I purchased are not what I intended to buy. I understand this is just an unfortunate misunderstanding but I believe it would be beneficial that this clarity is provided to customers.
