I ordered a cake for my 30th birthday party. I got the white cake with the raspberry. It was a party hit! Absolutely did not have any left by the time the night was over. The cake was beautifully done and is exactly what I had pictured. I highly recommend ordering your cake from here! I will be for future events!

Friendly staff and very efficient service even though it was busy. The line moved quickly and everything felt organized. The only downside for me is that I couldn’t find ingredient information anywhere. It was too crowded to ask in person, and neither Google nor the website lists what’s actually in the products — just “finest ingredients,” which doesn’t tell you much. Transparency on ingredients would make this an easy 5 stars.

Update: I reached out to this bakery privately to discuss my concerns and relay my feedback. The response was completely dismissive and invalidating. I was treated as if I didnt understand the holiday rush.

Ordered a ‘Cleveland’ Cassata cake for Easter. Picking up the cake was a nightmare. Store was crowded and the line for service was disorganized and confusing. Service workers were somewhat helpful except one who was extremely loud, rude, and snippy. The bakery case is long, and it take a minute to look at the offerings. There is no space to look because the checkout line is just as long and blocks the view. The workers shout at you ‘who needs something’ yet how could one know what they want if they cant even get close to the bakery cases?? The overall feeling I had was being rushed. The cake I ordered was a complete letdown. Hardly any filling…it was thin and it tasted like Jello pudding. Literally maybe 5 strawberries in the entire cake. I was so disappointed. This cake is definitely not worth the price they charge. Will not visit the North Olmsted location again.

Wow! My husband and I came here for the first time yesterday. By far the best donuts I have had in a long time. We bought a variety of donuts and they all are delicious! These remind me of donuts you used to get from a neighborhood bakery! Yum!

Damn it… It’s so good! I haven’t gone there in many years (I was dating someone who lived very close) so I’m rarely over that way. Happens that I was and I stopped in. Subconsciously I was hoping it was not as good as I remembered but it was… even better than I remembered.
Now, it’s on a list of “don’t forgets”.
My sister and I each got a doughnut (1 maple long and 1 chocolate cake) and a piece of carrot cake. Total $5.35.. and the prices are still good

Drove past this place several times before going in. Glad I did. It’s a family owned business and judging by the photos on the wall, it’s been in the family for generations. The shop itself could use some updating but my goodness is the food good. It seems to be pretty popular among the locals which is always a good sign. Had tuna, coleslaw, and antipasto to go along with a gigantic cream puff (best I’ve tried). Good service. Great food. My husband ordered a Fragabomb sandwich for under a dollar before tax and it did not disappoint! 8/10.

For 30$ – this cake is not worth it. It is not even fully frosted and the crumb is exposed, dried out, and hard.

I asked for a knife to try and smooth things out and was offered a fork? I expressed my disappointment and they literally wiped it off, rewrote the words, and left the cake looking like this.

The girls working at NO not nearly as nice as the bay village store, and honestly this is just a sad cake for $30.

I asked them to fix it, it got worse, and this was the best they could do.

2 stars because it was edible.

Love the Eclairs here they are so yummy, they are loaded with the custard filling and have a rich chocolate stripe to top off the puuf pastry shell its so amazing. They also have excellent sub sandwiches, the Italian sub is very tasty and the price at $8.99 works for me. If you like vanilla cream donuts topped with maple frosting. O try their’s the filling is light and fluffy with just the perfect amount of

For the last several times I’ve bought their cinnamon rolls, the centers have been undercooked — basically raw dough. This has happened the last four times I’ve purchased them, and at both of their locations.
At this point, it’s not worth the long drive or the money. I also want to say — please be more careful about how you treat your customers. You might have a good business now, but that can change quickly if you take your customers for granted.
