We stopped for lunch after church, because it had good ratings and we hadn’t been there yet. We will be back to this sports bar. Plenty of tables and seating at the bar as well as many screens within sight. There weren’t any watch parties happening, so easy to talk to each other. We had a smashburger and a fried chicken/dill pickle wrap that will be ordered again! Special today was an order of chicken wings with 2 entrees that were also delicious. Welcoming staff!!

Liz was awesome, Blackhawks lost in a shootout, not awesome. The amazing boneless wings made it easier to swallow though. I could ding them on their hot, it is weak, but.flavor, quality and breading were near perfect.

Great first time here. A few more unique things on the menu to try, so we’ll be back. Michelle’s special salad was special. The SW quesa was delicious. We were there about 12:30p on a Saturday and it seemed like we got our food in 5 minutes!

Valerie, the General Manager, is truly the heart and soul of this place. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that everything runs smoothly because of her. She is warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about both the guests and her staff, and it shows.
Valerie goes above and beyond to make sure everyone has an amazing experience, whether it’s checking in with tables, handling the vibe of the bar, or stepping in to make a great night even better. The atmosphere is always fun, welcoming, and well-managed, and that’s a direct reflection of her.
If you’re looking for a bar with great energy, excellent service, and a manager who actually cares, this is the place—and Valerie is the reason it shines. Can’t recommend her or this spot enough!

Had a great time with a group of 20. Valerie was awesome with multiple messages to get tonight set up. Valerie accommodated all of our requests and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. Our server was on point ( I’m so sorry I forgot her name) she was on top of drinks and specials.
The food was great and the kitchen did a fantastic job getting all of our orders out.
The host of Singo Bingo was also great. Thank you so much for welcoming our organization A-Girl & A Gun. We will definitely be back! Kudos to the owners for having much an amazing staff

Went in for a quick meal and drinks. The bar staff were on top of it even during shift change, they didn’t miss a beat! Food was so hot and fresh and drinks were ice cold as always. Prices are really reasonable I Love JAX!

Best boneless wings in Rockford. We stopped in during happy hour last Friday and enjoyed 1/2 off drinks. That was a great surprise and one of the best deals around. Our server was Valerie and she was very knowledgeable about the craft beer selection. Her service was fast, friendly, and helpful.. Highly recommend!

Decent burgers, fries were pretty lame, prepackaged, not near as good as fresh cut. Atmosphere is non existent, just a big warehouse feel. Would have given 4 stars but the men’s bathroom smelled like piss so bad that it ruined the whole time there! My wife said it was so bad that it about made her throw up even out in the entryway to to women’s restroom!! I don’t know if it’s coming out of a drain or a urinal trap isn’t working. Speaking of urinals, they’ve got no dividers and out of the 3, 2 are so close I guess they want you to hold hands!! Also there is no paper towel dispenser in the men’s room, but there is in the women’s my wife reports. There are also only the hand dryers that you stick your hands in and is impossible to use without touching them, defeating the whole purpose of having clean hands when you know some people just rinse their hands and stick them inside the dryer, depositing their germs in there! Those are the most unsanitary dryers on the market and shouldn’t be used by anyone. Also, why are you guys too cheap to have towels for the guys but not for women? Lots of other places with good burgers in Rockford, so when figuring in the lame atmosphere, we likely won’t ever go back. I don’t just rate one thing with a restaurant (food), I rate the whole experience. I also hate all these places that have the portable payment machines. If I find another place that uses them and I actually want to go back, I’ll have to remember to use cash only so they can’t use that stupid portable machine on me. I left a 25% tip because the waitress was really helpful, so no complaints there.
