We, as a company, uphold our ethical and quality standards by making sure our environmentally-friendly farms are paid fair wages, so they may continue to grow exceptional crops. Our quality beans are roasted in-house and used in a variety of different brewing methods, shifting the way we think of coffee – one cup at a time. Our focus is bringing the community back into a coffee shop.

This coffee shop and cafe is SO beautiful, probably one of the best i have been too. My wife and i went in this morning before work (they open at 6:30am!!) and were blown away by how beautiful the atmosphere is in here and how nicely they had it setup and decorated! The service was amazing and the iced lattes were even better! 12/10 would recommend stopping in here!

Foxtail has quickly become my absolute favorite breakfast sandwiches in the city. They use Nantucket bagels. Whether you add sausage or bacon they are both good. The egg is real egg. Everything tastes fresh, locally sourced, and absolutely delicious. The portion sizes are large, and that includes their coffee sizes.
One thing I want to mention is that I ordered 6 bagel breakfast sandwiches for the groomsmen on my wedding day. I placed the order a few days ahead on their website. When I got there to pickup, they were ready on time and the staff was so friendly. They wrote hand written messages on all of the packaging with sweet wedding themed messages. And they gave us all a free cake pop and some drink coupons.
I cannot recommend this spot enough! You have to give it a try if you are a breakfast sandwich lover like me!

Living nearby it’s awesome that this corner went from a blighted nothingness to such a beautiful and awesome spot. The variety and quality of foods and beverages is great, the baristas are super friendly and knowledgeable, and I’m overjoyed at having another great option for the area.
They even have an eclectic syphon brewer that was fun to watch and made a very fine cup of coffee.

Stopped by this morning for coffee and pastry. Was told they had no brewed hot coffee and could only offer iced coffee. Not what one is looking for on a chilly fall day. Plus pastry display looked mostly empty. A good coffee shop has to have the fundamentals covered which Foxtail didn’t have today.

Just no. $7 for a coffee that tastes like water. When I arrived, it was very quiet and I was the only customer. I said “OH am I your first customer of the day?” The manager turned to me and said “no” and turned right back around. Maybe he was having a bad day… but then I stepped up to the counter and said “Hi! How are you?” And the cashier said nothing, just stared at me. Vibe was wayyyyyyyyyyy off and it was super awkward. I ordered a large iced Americano. As I started to walk to work, I took a sip and it tasted like water. There was no ice at all, not one cube and it literally tasted like coffee flavored water. SUPER disappointed. I won’t ever go there again. What a bummer because I live a few houses down and drink coffee every day. That place was weird and not inviting AT ALL. And I left her 18% tip and paid $7 for my coffee. NOT cool.

The egg/cheese bagel was very bland even with the hot sauce and salt we added. And my partner said the black coffee was just okay. The atmosphere was good and staff were kind, but food and drinks were a let down. Prefer other local GR breakfast places more.
