Foxtail Coffee at Magnolia Plaza is our go to coffee shop in The Villages, FL. The baristas are friendly and there is a variety of seating, including outside. The ice cream is excellent and often draws as much of a crowd as the coffee. My favorites in coffee are iced or hot mocha lattes. I can always depend on Victor for the perfect coffee drink and welcoming personality.

The barista wasnt very helpful on recommendations, he wasnt rude in any way, he just didnt seem to offer any personality or friendliness. The coffee strength was pretty good, I added some sugar to it myself, but it was very bland for a flavored latte. I had ordered the butterfinger latte, the barista said that it was pretty popular, but I probably wouldn’t get it again. The coffee shop is so cute though, I really wanted to love it.
Its a chain so I’m not compelled to make it a must visit place.

I have gone here many times and always order the same thing and never had an issue. I just went there 30mins before it was going to close and again ordered same thing, an unsweetened iced tea. I paid $6 +tip and was given slightly colored water. I even questioned the girl when she handed it to me what it was. I should’ve known better than to not argue with her considering iced tea is like all I drink.

I was greated very quickly which was pleasant on a Sunday afternoon. The place was very clean amd spacious. The 2 employees working were SO FRIENDLY. I could have chatted all day with them. My drink was so good and hit the spot! I am happy I went here inside of driving out of my way to a Starbucks.

I came in for a Blackberry Chantilly matcha latte and chocolate croissant, and had a wonderful experience. It’s quiet, yet busy and the service staff is very friendly and helpful. Plenty of people here to help bring the food, and make your experience memorable.

Lovely little coffee and ice cream shop. Food choices are limited and sell out midday. So if you’re hungry for any bakery good or sammies, come early. Tasty mocha latte. Limited sugar free flavors – wish they had more. 🙁

If I could rate it a zero I would!! So let me start by saying I had never tried Foxtail before so I thought I would Make a quick stop through the drive-thru and get a small coffee just to try them, Let me tell you it was a huge mistake!! $9 for a small peppermint white chocolate mocha WTH never again!! and not only that most of it was foam, there’s not supposed to be foam on a white chocolate mocha! I think I had maybe three drinks of actual coffee That tasted terrible by the way!! so not happy with this place. I realized how much it costs when I looked at my debit receipt but I was already too far away to go back for a refund.. They are way overpriced and they do not know how to make coffee properly… I’ll stick with Starbucks or seven brew thanks. I know it was the villages and the coffee might be a little bit more than everywhere else which really is BS but $9 really ,I mean just come on ,That is just ridiculous! So as I said I will stick with Starbucks or seven brew any day before I would go back to foxtail.

My wife and I really wanted this to be a good coffee shop, that was close to home. It is very nice inside, the employee’s don’t seem to care that you are there. No Hi or Thank you’s. Coffee didn’t taste that well, it maybe that I have gotten use to the other chains coffee. We really wanted it to be the place that we stop at cause its really nice inside. Just wish it felt warmer from the employees.

Cute & clean, but my cappuccino was very disappointing. It was lukewarm and served in a small paper cup with no whip cream or special swirl, as if you were expected to GO-not stay and savor, and it was very bitter (burnt) not creamy or frothy. There was only one barista working all by himself and I waited almost 30 minutes to get my order. I doubt the app would help because he is still all by himself, which tells me the owner’s don’t want to pay another person. Don’t expect to be served tableside. You’ll have to go get your own napkins, sweetener, and stir stick too. They do have a small selection of ice cream and muffins, but no one was working on that side when I went.
