From Baltimore to visit family, I love trying new places and pizza! Very pleased!!! 8/10 for sure. Crust was soft but crunchy, they didn’t go light on the toppings either!

I went there with family for my nephews 12th birthday party. His dad ordered the pizzas ahead of time and so by the time we were ready for the pizzas they were delivered. The pizzas were very tasty. I had the all meat with green peppers and it had plenty of toppings. The crust was just the right thickness, especially since I don’t care for super thick crust. There’s only one ladies restroom and one men’s restroom, but for the size of the place I think that was OK. The highlight for me was seeing the super large pizza that they have. I kind of wanted one just for the picture! I think he said it was a 32 inch and it had 52 slices so as to serve 26 people. I will try that next time for sure!

I walked into this establishment this evening with my family at 8:35 to order some dinner after a long day consisting of a funeral and visiting with family. We are in from NC and every time we come here, this is our favorite place to eat.
Well let me just say I have never been so mistreated in my life!
The young lady at the register opened with “Um… we close in 20 minutes”. I looked at her and said “Okay, but you’re open now though?” She then walks to the back and the a young man comes out to say “we close in 20 minutes”. So I once again ask “but you’re open now, right?” As the young lady again repeated the same phrase.
I look at my husband confused and said “I don’t understand what is going on. What’s up with kids today not wanting to work.” The young lady starts YELLING AT ME! “I DON’T UNDERSTAND WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU! I’M TRYING TO TAKE YOUR ORDER AND YOU’RE JUST BEING SO DISRESPECTFUL!” I replied with “No, you’re telling us you’re closing and trying to push customers out the door.” She preceeded to continue yelling at me until I finally blow up back and tell her “This is no way to do business nor treat customers!” And my family and I left. We then drove to Morgantown and went to the Fox’s at Pierpont.
I would just like to say to the owners of this establishment, if your business dropped, the people you have working for you is exactly the reason and if you have cameras I encourage you to see for yourself!
The was the absolute worst treatment I have ever had in my entire life!!

Twenty-five minutes. 25 MINUTES to get a single order of cheese breadsticks that weren’t even cut properly. The pizza after weren’t even cut, and when pressed upon the employee they took five minutes to return and SLAM a pizza cutter on the table. Right beside a baby (and I mean an actual baby. Not me).

Ordered a large wedgie & some of the new hot pepper cheese bites. $23. I figured as long as it was good, it’s worth it.
To put it mildly, it wasn’t. The $8.99 cheese bites, all 10 of them (about the size of a marble), were thrown in a box with no liner. They were barely warm. They tasted like they had been breaded in cardboard. I’ve gotten wedgies from there plenty of times. This is the only time it didn’t taste good. I have to say, the girl who waited on me was very friendly. I’ll give it another shot, but no cheese bites this time.

The first time I tried to order thru door dash and 2 hours later when it said dasher sent then dasher called and said he went in to pick up our order but they refused to make it! Call them the next day and they act like it was my fault! Thinking this may have been a door dash problem we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. My bad… this is the second time we tried. Mind u we made the order at 7:40 and they don’t close til 9. They wait until 925 to cancel my order thru door dash. Whoever is managing this store is an absolute joke! We will NEVER try to order from here again!!

Ordered many times and have had over 2hr waits on a single pizza for delivery.. one time I got yelled at from the delivery driver for not tipping. The food is good but my husband always orders extra on his wedgie and we pay for it then get a thin slice of meat and maybe 1 1/2 slices of tomato and very fine lettuce.. really Fox’s! Sad that the employees just don’t want to work or are rude to customers when they would like food. Honestly not hard to fire bad employees and get people who want to work. The reason for the 2 stars is because I honestly had 1 good experience with them the last time I ordered… extremely shocked.. I am sure it will never happen again but I am in high hopes and fingers crossed that it does. This place could be great if management would pay attention to customers and there sad excuse of workers…I never write reviews but just so much disappointment.

Called to place an order 5 times and got hung up on 2 times. Waited 35 minutes, went to store ave asked if they were open to place an order. The manager and staff were outside smoking, abs was told they are aloud to have smoke breaks. Told then they I think they are lazy by not turning on the online ordering or absent the phone. Was told to take my money some where else and spend it. Manager told me the business is doing fine, yet the restaurant was empty. I’ve already called the district manager and will keep pushing this till something is done about this terrible service.
