We booked an appointment with Salina, Owner of Casa Guipzot. She was absolutely fabulous, personable, and very knowledgeable of the history and the wines she provides. My husband and I have never had wines from Mexico and we were NOT disappointed. They were absolutely delicious. Plus it’s awesome to know of her personal relationship with each vineyard and has been personally approved by her and her husband! I can’t say enough kind words of how Salina impressed us, engaged us in conversation, and definitely opened our eyes and palette to the awesome wines from Mexico. We will return!!! Came to the terrific grand opening of Casa Guipzot wine on a whim. Had seen a showcasing of the wine shop focusing uniquely in Mexican Wines. I’ve been to many of the wineries especially the ones around Queretaro, MX and let me tell you the Rose and White were outstanding. Truly a wine enthusiast finding for me. Folks these wines are serious and fine! Come and enjoy!!!

This was definitely an experience. First time doing a wine tasting and we had a great time. Salina guided us through every part of it and was very encouraging. She was super knowledgeable about Mexican wines and the culture behind it. She teaches you so much about the history of Mexican wine makers. You can tell her love for Mexico and their wine country runs deep. Highly recommended for anyone of any culture to experience.

Wow, this was a fantastic wine-tasting experience! We had the pleasure of having the owner Salena as our host! She was amazing and so was the wine! She gave us a great history of the wines from Mexico, the states where they were from, the history of Casa Guipzot as we went through the tasting of the wines! Without a doubt one of the best wine tasting experiences we have had! If you haven’t stopped by, you should! We will be back for sure!
