This was my first time trying Fox’s Pizza Den in Boardman, and I really enjoyed it. I ordered the thin crust and loved the crunch—it was done just right. The employee working at the time (I didn’t catch their name) was very friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. While waiting, I got to watch The Croods on a large TV lol. The pizza’s presentation was one of the best I’ve seen, and the taste was solid. Overall, I’d give it about a 6.5 to 7 out of 10 for my personal preference, and I would definitely order again.

I tried Fox’s Pizza Den for the first time yesterday. I’m having mixed feelings on the place. The employees were not super friendly and acted like having to come to the counter to wait on us was a chore. We half overheard a conversation on the phone that a customer was complaining about something and when they hung up they had some choice words to say about the customer. It was an uncomfortable environment to say the least. The food was ok. It’s nothing special to make me want to order it again and again though. I don’t think they understand the concept of “light sauce” at all. So my child, who has a small sensitivity to tomato sauce could not fully enjoy it either. The only nice thing was the free LG one topping pizza coupon through Facebook which helped with the cost. We also got a pizza with Butter Garlic Sauce and ham. It was ok.

The 2 girls that waited on us were fantastic. My son even commented about how great the customer service was. He said we never get this good of service and he’s 11. So he noticed how nice and helpful the girls were. Hopefully the ones working see this and know how amazing they were. A little friendliness goes a long way . I wish I would’ve got their names.

The Greek Pizza is the best pizza I’ve ever had, hands down. Garlic, buttery crust underneath plenty of feta and mozzarella, fresh spinach, tomatoes, and olives. Five stars!! We tried the large, one topping pizza which they kindly offered for free with a Facebook coupon. It was very good. The cheese was plentiful and tasty and the crust is nicely seasoned. The employees were all very friendly, too. We can’t wait to try their other items like the gourmet fries and desserts. Definitely recommend!

The gentleman who took my order and delivered was just that. Such a kind man. He truly cared about making sure my order was to my standards and it really is! I got the big daddy with extra cheese, pepperoni and baked well done. Delicious! My son ordered the taco pizza and I had a piece and that was even better! Thank you for an excellent dinner and excellent service. This world needs more of this. Definitely will order again.

Our family had this for the first time tonight. The pizza was great, it was piping hot, awesome flavors. Ontop of that the place looked really clean and the staff were super friendly and seemed happy to have us. We ate it before we could get a picture, but we will be back and I’ll upload a picture then. 10/10 across the scoreboard. Bravo

They lack marketing on their Facebook page so I called in to see if they had any specials. The guy said no. I looked deeper on the website and found they offered a summer special. Ordered. The website said 20 minutes. I gave it an extra 5 and the guy said it’s going to be around 15-20 minutes, the website isn’t correct. Nice. Breadsticks were hard. Day after my family ate the pizza we all got terrible food poisoning. Called and no one answered. I got an automated message when reaching out via Facebook. We absolutely will NOT be back here. Hoping these owners leave and the Columbiana crew takes this place over!!!!
