I love Fox’s burgers! I get at least 1 a week if not more depending on our schedule. Only on a couple of occasions my burger has been wrong but we have never complained, we would just simply order another one. Well it happened today so I called for the very first time and from the start I was told I was wrong. She was actually argumentative. I was shocked she was acting that way over a burger. Mistakes happen. Not once did she say how can I make this right or would you like another one or do you want a refund. No, she put me on hold so another woman could get on the phone and be rude. Again not trying to resolve anything just being ugly. That was the worst customer service ever. I cannot believe either one of those women have a job. The young man that is always up there working his butt off with a smile, he needs a raise and coworkers that can carry their own weight.

I called and they asked me to hold, they laid the phone down and never came back. After about 7 minutes, someone on their end hung up the phone. I called back, a male answered, I asked to please not place me on hold bc I had been on hold and someone hung up on me. His reply was, “ what do you want?” I said, “I called to place an order.” He said “what do you want (very rudely).” I told him that “I can find a friendlier place to order my pizza.” His reply was,”cool.” He hung up. I will never call or go there again.

I am writing to report an incident that occurred at the West Monroe Fox’s Pizza. My husband and I arrived and I ordered a small salad, a large salad, and an order of breadsticks. After about 15 minutes, I simply looked around the corner to see if the salads were ready. An employee asked what I needed, and I told her I was just checking on the salads. She told me they were not made yet and that the breadsticks were not ready either.
After another 15 minutes, I asked if I could at least get my salads, and I was told again that they were not made. As I walked toward the door, one of the employees yelled that I “didn’t have to be rude,” even though I had not raised my voice or been disrespectful at any point.
I stepped outside to speak with my husband, and we decided to request a refund since the salads still had not been made. When I went back inside and calmly asked for the refund they had originally offered, before stepping out, all three employees began yelling at me at the same time, accusing me of being rude and refusing to give me a refund. The entire restaurant turned to look as they continued yelling. I had simply asked about my order.
When I called the next today to resolve the issue, the manager again talked over me, would not let me speak, and refused a refund and told me that she did not have time for this. She also claimed the salads were made, even though I was told the opposite the night before. She hung up on me when she was done speaking
I am requesting a refund for the salads that were never prepared. I remained calm and respectful throughout this entire situation, and the treatment I received was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Order online never came through there system but they handled it the most professional manner ..very clean establishment clean parking lot and the sweet tea is on point!!!

Placed an online order this evening. Had to wait an extra 25 minutes after I got there to pick it up. Food was decent, but the service was very poor. I won’t be ordering from there again, since I refuse to pay the amount I paid to be rudely treated.

The food was horrible I won’t ever go eat there again. Me and my ordered mozzarella sticks how we got was a small pizza with lots of cheese on it and no sauce. The sandwiches we’re just as bad. One of the employees was even sleeping in one of the booths. The services bad also.

Called and tried to politely ask for a replacement for a burnt cookie dessert, and was met with a rude manager who was defensive for no reason and refused to give me a new one or refund. I don’t normally call places back for replacements but the cookie was very burnt and she insisted it was not, and acknowledged that they sent out 2 other “slightly more browned cookies” that she gave the okay on. I didn’t catch her name but happened 3/29/25 at 4pm. Picture for proof

Whoever the lady named Tabitha that claims to be the owner is, her attitude and disrespect towards a customer who was belittled for an order that she PAID for and did not receive is a gross example of the customer service instilled at this place. It happened this evening and I dare Fox’s to save their camera footage between 6:30 pm and 7 pm tonight as we will be pursuing legal remedies for assault and public intimidation. This angry cat lady “manager”, who screamed that she was the owner, should NEVER be on the front lines of any role involving customer service and interaction with the public. Keep it up Fox’s, those doors won’t be open much longer.

The food is good. Questionable about some of the staff as one day you get charged for something the next time no charge. Inconsistent in that department. Overall good food for a pizza parlor. Try the burgers also.
