My husband and I were traveling with our 1 year old and having a bad day with back to back bad experiences. We came into this town following gps to find Foxes and got turned around. We called the restaurant for directions and even though it was almost closing time, the man gave directions and also took our order over the phone to save time. When he easily could have turned us away or not helped. We finally arrived and the food was hot and delicious, employees kind even though we knew they were probably ready to leave. It just meant a lot after being so hungry and tired from traveling to be treated so nicely. Wish they were closer to us so we could eat there more!

Those troglodytes managed to burn my bread sticks, I ignored it though and ate some, it was terrible, I think they reheated them, I’ll give a 2 star because it used to be better than this, whoever up there needs to be fired if they not going to put in the effort to do better stuff than this, they’ll be raising hell if their family members got something like this…

Manager Jennifer was nasty and rude I called and order over the phone she told me it will be a 50minute wait I told her I will be cool with that she told me that I would have to come inside and pay before the cook my order. And I asked how is calling in a order convenient if I have to come in and pre-pay and come back in 50 minutes and pick-up my order. I asked when they being doing this she said over a year ago. I told her I just ordered 2weeks ago and I didn’t have to pre-pay. After waiting 55minutes I got the wrong order. The manager had the nerve to say she don’t know me to vouch for me . I told her you don’t have to know anyone to take an order.

The food is good but the service is awful! The employees are rude and take forever to do their jobs. My pizza sat out on the counter for 15 minutes while they waited on the other half of my order to come out because they forgot to make it.

They are never open and never answer the phone always take the phone off the hook so they dont have to work close to early they just priced themselves out of my business $30+ for a pizza i can drive 20 miles in either direction get a better pizza and still be cheaper even counting the gas.

Food is generally okay. The policy about orders over $30/$35 must be prepaid should apply to everyone. I had an order called in, had to come in and pay and wait on it. While waiting another customer came in with the same order (2 big daddies), paid and left within minutes. Again, needs to apply to everyone.
