New owners are a breath of fresh air! We stopped in to have a late lunch in between funeral viewings for a close family friend who had passed. The owners were so gracious to us and made sure our food was ready and that we had everything we needed and then some!! They even came out and introduced themselves and expressed their condolences for our late family member. I grew up in this town, and the experience we had at Fox’s Pizza Den today was far and away better than any experiences myself or my family has ever had from there in years past! Wish there was 6 stars.

Have been a Fox’s Pizza fan for a long time, I like the food. I will admit the last few years, the service was slow and had more mistakes than they should, but they are also human. It recently came under new ownership, we went in tonight and the food was hot and delicious and accurate, what most impressed me was how fast we received it. We typically would wait at minimum 30 minutes but have waited almost 50 before when we dine in, didn’t stop us from going because we like the food. Tonight, we had our food within 10 minutes of sitting down, and like I said it was hot, accurate, and very good. They are doing a great job!

Sorry I tried to give new management a chance. We ordered last weekend. My husband drove all the way home. His wedgie was wrong. He ordered chicken and got ham. As soon as I called the guy knew the mistake. He ask if we wanted to bring it back. We said no it was late and price of gas. I mean they deliver he could have offered that. No. He gave us a $15 credit. I used it today to get my husband’s wedgie. Picture below shows what I got. Hardly any chicken. You can see the size of the tomato. And the bread was barely toasted. My husband added the meat to one piece of the half. I toasted it a little more. . I was on crutches the boy handed me my box. I ask for a bag so I could carry it easier. He couldn’t even open the door for me. Why does someone buy a business and not care enough that this happens. Were done !

This place is struggling to ever impress me. every experience is something different that can be improved every time. have had burnt crust, toppings thrown around when should only be on half, missing toppings, the building being VERY HOT, actual wait time is usually 15-20 minutes past what they say every time, not answering the phone, and you better check your stuff. I have gotten the wrong order a couple times and missing side of garlic sauce numerous times. their prices are rediculous especially for the wings. their “specials” barely save any money. I love wedgies but their wedgies usually end up on stale bread. I still order from them because they are closest with garlic parm wings with pizza but really wish they would do some improvements.

Spent around $54 bucks on a large meat lovers pizza, a small personal pizza with sausage and onion, and 12 wings.
The large meat lovers pizza was undercooked and half raw. The toppings were school cafeteria quality. We ate was was edible and tossed the rest, ate maybe three slices. The small personal pizza was at least cooked correctly again with the same really lousy sausage crumbs, and it had giant sections of raw red onions. My wife couldn’t eat more than half a slice. Ok the wings? They were overcooked, dry and lousy in general. I have no idea how this place is still open. We live across the street and will NEVER go back. Utterly embarrassed for them.
WOW. Nice response. Your pizza is terrible. Maybe get a new contract. When people that live across the street won’t eat your food you have a problem. I am not a picky eater at all but this was some of the worst pizza I’ve ever had. Staff was also rude. Y’all must be killing it and I’m just a troll right? Yeah your reviews suggest y’all are the problem and that tone deaf response proves it. You’re actually going to recalibrate your ovens? Yeah sure you will 😉

so there r now NEW OWNERS!! they have made improvements!! They now deliver further! We live almost 10 miles from town n they delivered 2 our house just the other day (today is 3/26/24). The new owner actually delivered our food, she was very nice and even bought a ticket from my husband for his softball team. We have only ordered once since the new owners BUT I wanted 2 b sure 2 change my review since we had a great experience with them!

First time visiting fox pizza. I had a great experience, the dough was delicious the topics were fresh and decent. The staff was very nice, fast and friendly.I think will visit the place again

First off I ordered 2 pizzas paid and left came back about 35 mins later when she(cashier) had told me 20 to 25 mins. I came back and basically order was forgotten which is fine I wasn’t the least bit upset. I ordered 2 pizzas one with mushroom and extra sauce and cheese. The other was extra cheese, extra sauce..
Look at what I recieved. We ate it as we live in hedgesville and you have to drive it back to get a replacement.
I wish I thought about taking the picture before we ate any of it. My advice is steer clear. The place is falling apart it is dirty when you walk in. As it should be spotless during this Corona virus. There is no air condition. There were people who walked in and walked out because it was extremely hot. I applaud young teens that work. But back them up owners and adults. Your a franchise that has a standard to follow.
