This was my first time ordering from Fox’s and will be my last.. I asked if they had JoJos fries with the battered, and seasoning, lady said yes. I ordered 2 of them. BUT What I received was just cut potatoes wegdes. My steak and cheese wedgie had barely any meat. Wasn’t good at all.

The food was great when it opened. We have been there several times, and the food has gotten worse with each visit. At first, we thought it was because they were new, but it is honestly also getting more dirty and just gross. The wings were their best item, and now they are the tiniest, most pathetic, overcooked, and overpriced item. Today was our last visit. Really such a shame they didn’t have better standards because they could have given other local pizza places some real competition. To bad the owner doesn’t take pride in his business.

Waited an hour and a half for our order and my husband finally called to see where our order was. They stated food was returned and they refunded us. Said the driver called us 3 times. That’s a lie. No calls whatsoever. Even if that’s the case, why wouldn’t the store call to see if we did in fact receive calls from the driver? Plus, never called us to tell us food was returned to the store! Be the first and last time we order from there! Never had a problem with the old Fox’s that was there! Such a shame!!

We were super excited to order with the new opening. However, we were quickly disappointed. After placing our delivery order over the phone the computers were crashing. They took our order anyway and said we could pay cash upon delivery which was absolutely no problem. After 1 hour and 20 minutes with no delivery I called in. I was told it was out for delivery…..at 2 hours still no pizza. I called and they had no idea of the order and it was definitely not out for delivery. The manager preceeded to yell in the background at the worker on the phone with me when I inquired about a new order and a discount for the long wait time..I totally understand that things happen but the manager was extremely rude to the worker and refused to speak with me. I could hear her in the background stating “I’m busy and I absolutely will not provide a discount. This woman cannot expect anything we can’t help the computers were down”. I gently asked to speak to the manager again to spare the poor worker from being berated by her but she continued to refuse. I’m sorry but a little kindness goes a long way and they still took our order despite the computers being down. Therefore, I feel they should have honored it after 2 hours and being told it was already being delivered which was pretty clear they lied about. Poor customer service. I would not recommend. I wonder if this is why they closed the first time….such a shame because the foxes in westernport and Oakland are amazing and super nice!

Ordered with the slice app. Easy, quick, and paid online. Delivered faster than the estimated time. Great deal for pizza compared to others in town. Big daddy is the way to go, with extra sauce of course. Daily specials and weekend specials. Check them out. Would highly recommend.

They were out of bacon didn’t bother to tell us before they delivered the food that here came to 28$ and my sandwich has just chicken that doesn’t even cover the bread. This steak and fry salad has one chunk of steak smooshed together on it and it got to the house upside down.
