Dishonest workers and MANAGER! We went in to order a Big Daddy.’ 25.00. Drive 40min home in extremely BAD weather. Whenever we got home the pizza did NOT have any sauce. Yes it had extra cheese and pepperoni but NO sauce! Called the next day the MANAGER was extremely RUDE! Said she give me a 10.00 credit next time we come in and WHY didn’t we save it and bring it back ! Roads were unsafe just to drive back a pizza! I believe in God a higher power and Karma WILL be used on dishonest people in life…

Lesson learned, don’t spend almost $20 on “a whole pound” of bone less wings, only to be given this. When taken back into the restaurant, we were told “that is for sure a whole pound we measured it”. Well, sure if you measure with the whole box, and not just the wings themselves… then we were told we couldn’t get a refund for them right now until the manager gets back and he’s out doing a delivery right now.. absolutely ridiculous to spend $20 on wings, and there’s only like 6 boneless wings in the box

Words can’t even begin to describe how disappointed I was with this “stromboli”, and I love this pizza chain. The coworkers also argued about closing early while we tried to eat, so we left early for their sake, only to be greeted with this masterpiece once we arrived somewhere that would seat us.

Constantly have online orders shut off and when you try to call and order food no one picks up the phone. Thought things might be better since there is a flier on Facebook saying they have new management but apparently not.

Literally an hour and 30 minutes for delivery of a cold pizza. The driver walked up holding the box in one hand with it hanging open. Pizza is OK but for $10 extra with the tip and fee for delivery im not ordering ever again.

I use to eat Here pretty regularly, I would like to give the food a higher rating… because sometimes it’s really good, they use to have great cheesesteaks, but I feel like this restaurant doesn’t hire the most reliable or trained staff or cooks because it can be really hit or miss.

Ordered a bacon chicken rancher pizza on Aug 31st at 5pm, when I arrived home I realized there was no bacon on my pizza & instead had tomatoes. I called the store, hoping to just have the correct pizza remade, and offered to pick up the remade pizza. I spoke with Chase, who was the only staff working and the time, and refused to remake my pizza. Instead, he informed me that I would have to wait until Barb (management) was working so I could receive a refund for the incorrect order. (Really, I think he just did not care to remake my pizza. When I picked up the initial order, the Open sign was not even turned on & Chase was chatting with a few friends instead of working… very professional).
Finally, today (five days later) I spoke with a gentleman (sorry, don’t know your name or I would give you a shoutout) who was extremely kind and understanding, and offered me a store credit. He listened to my concerns and made things right when nobody else would. I would give him five stars if I could.
Overall, don’t expect the correct order if Chase is working, and if you’re trying to get in contact with Barb good luck.

This is how the pizza was delivered after over an hour. The driver also touched the pizza as he was trying to “fix the pizza box” when he did this.
