I order from foxes a few times a week. And unfortunately this time I had a problem with my order and I called to speak with the manager and he was extremely rude and unprofessional. Also make sure that when you order that you know because you’re a mind-reader that everything they do is a courtesy. For example if you ask for extra toppings they’re doing it as a courtesy and you are supposed to know that. any other place I have dealt with they always charge you extra for toppings which is what I thought was going to happen but it did not and I did not get the extra toppings and I was told that they do it as a courtesy and like I said we are just supposed to know that. But I really hope and wish you luck with your order! I hope it is amazing and you have a great meal! Edit Definitely do not waste your time or money just order from harrison city! Faster nicer and your food is correct and they don’t try to fight you like what lol but definitely much more worth it!! My reply to the owner is that’s a lie because when I spoke to you you were very ignorant and put everything on me and like I was some kind of idiot so I do not believe that I do believe that is an automated reply post.

We received a small menu and coupons in the mail and use them here. This time we ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and a pizza with mushrooms. The BBQ pizza was pretty good. It was definitely better than expected. The only thing I would have changed is that I would like to of had more BBQ sauce on it. It was a bit dry. The staff there is always friendly, and the wait times are typically around 25 minutes. We will definitely be ordering from here again.

For the turkey bacon cheddar wedgie I have never been so disappointed there is only two pieces of Turkey there is more bacon on my sandwich than anything else for a turkey bacon cheddar don’t you think there should be turkey on it more than a piece instead I got a bacon cheddar wedgie with the flavoring of turkey

Give good service when they want to. Pick up the phone when they want to. They even cancel online orders when you order online because you couldn’t get them on the phone! My kids where hungry and after 30 minutes they canceled my order. They are not true to there hours and stop taking orders when ever they want! Wack! One star! Forth time they they are not available during there working hours get it together. Harrison city from now on!!!!!

I love this place. I order a couple of times a month. Food is always hot and my order has been perfect every time and they never forget anything including small stuff like extra sauce on the side etc. food is done quickly. Not one complaint. Will definitely continue to order from here.

I am only giving this a 1 star because I have to give it at least one star to write a review, I just picked up an order I placed online, I got 2 half hoagies an order of Fries and a medium pizza half cheese half pepperoni, I get there to pick up my order (half hour after I put the order in) I get there to pick it up and they haven’t even started my order yet…. Okay at this point, I get it there is 3 people working on a Saturday night… One person making orders one at the register and the other bagging orders and getting them out (and the delivery driver who was there for a minute to grab an order) so I’m being patient waiting for another 20-25 mins for my order to be prepared and ready. They hand me my order and there was no pizza so when the boy handed me the bag and said have a nice night I said ummm sorry I’m still waiting on my pizza. He tells me I didn’t order a pizza. The man cooking starts telling me he’s not making me the pizza. (I just stood here for 20 mins listening to him yelling at the other 2 boys about being sick of remaking orders), him being rude i asked who the manager was he says he is the manager!!!! Okay so my over all experience is based off the customer service or lack of at this place. As a person who works customer service and has been a general manager this “manager” did not handle my customer complaint and situation accordingly, definitely not professionally. This was my first and last experience at this place!!!!!
Oh I did get my pizza but I got a small not a medium as I had ordered. I took the small because I did not want another situation with this so called manager, my kids were not happy about the small pizza.
