Edit: For what it’s worth – the order did eventually arrive. Driver was nice and courteous. Food was good and made correctly.
I’m currently waiting for an order of a single pizza from this store. Estimate was 40 minutes for one pie. No attempt has been made to contact me if address is correct or if they were experiencing delays.
Normally I’m not the type to complain like this, since I understand places can be busy and things happen – and had it been a large order, I would be completely understanding, but charging a $3 delivery fee and then waiting over an hour for such a small order is a little ridiculous. Likely my last order from this location / chain.

I honestly think Fox’s is the best spot in Russellton! The food is always spot-on and exactly how I like it. The vibe there is really warm and welcoming, and everyone who works there has always been super friendly. I’m sure there are other pizza places around, but for me, Fox’s just stands out. Since it’s right next to the sports complex, it’s such a great spot to grab dinner for the family before heading home.

This is a multiple time this has happened where if you call within an hour of closing the staff does not answer the phone. Drove to location at 830pm. They said they are not accepting orders at this time. They had pizzas still going in the oven at 830pm. They said the boss approved this. Why be open till 9pm then…horrible. not patronizing this location and telling all my friends and family to do so as well. The sign said open….lies lies lies.

I placed an order for two big daddy pizzas from russelton location ,one supreme and one pepperoni and cheese. I got a meat supreme and a plain cheese. After calling they said we can remake one or give you credit. I chose the credit to prevent them from having to remake and deliver they then said all we can do is give you 2.49 credit for the topping. So I am forced to pay for a pizza I did not order with no fair compromise will not use this establishment any more

Always delicious. They’ve never had an issue getting my orders right. The one time there was an issue (their fryer was down) they called promptly after I submitted my online order and offered solutions. I really love that their website lists the estimated time for pickup or delivery.
