Foxglove is a special new spot on Public Road in Lafayette — “hideout” is a great description! After walking through a few arches draped with magical lights, you find this sweet place with intriguing decor, warm lighting, friendly people and relaxing furnishings. Bar stools? Sure. Small tables tucked here and there? Yes. Patio seating (weather permitting)? Yep.
Cocktails are imaginative, reasonably priced and delicious. Menus are repurposed children’s golden books. Super cute!
This is a place for anyone and everyone.

Awesome bar/hideout. Lots of outdoor seating, not much indoor. The waitstaff were attentive and walked across nd outside. Drinks were spot on and nice. Great clear ice cubes in some drinks. Their menu was set in a gold border children’s book which was a cute touch.

Lovely atmosphere inside and outside on the cute patio. Great place to hang with friends or family for a cocktail in downtown. Their mixologist is extremely talented, the menu drinks are creative, unique, and everything we tried was delicious! So happy for this new spot on the block.

We have a new hideout in Lafayette! I really loved this new cocktail bar. It’s very private and upscale. Fantastic drinks and dessert. This was definitely missing from our bar and restaurant scene. We have so many Brew pubs which are great, but it’s nice to have something really upscale and that serves beverages other than beer.

Best place to grab a pre or post dinner cocktail. Thoughtful menu with well crafted and fairly priced cocktails. Sophisticated yet approachable. Just what Lafayette needs. You must go!

Great ambiance! I thought the drinks were very creative well done. Anyone that can make Malort taste ok has skill!
Some drinks we tried were not as good but an A for effort. With some more alchemy they can probably make them better.
Beer selection was not vast but every beer they offered was very solid!
Overall – great experience for a nice gem in downtown Lafayette!

Love love love this joint- enough to go 3-4x per month!
I would like to formally request the following from the proprietor:
1. At least one London dry gin (year round)
2. Brandy for brandy Alexanders (Winter months)
3. Irish Whisky for Irish Coffees (Winter months)
4. Coca Cola for Fernet-Colas and Cuba Libres (year round)
Thanks in advance!

My husband and I went in for post-dinner drinks, and we really enjoyed our cocktails! The bartender was knowledgeable and helped us decide which drinks to order. The atmosphere is very welcoming and we can’t wait to come back!

Opened this summer. Very cute place I would recommend for first date’s to hanging with friends and family. Service was fantastic. They checked in just enough to provide what we needed but not be intrusive. They were also gracious enough to let us stay even though they were closing up.
Quiet and cozy atmosphere, no blaring music (it was in the background) so we could hear each other talk. Good drinks and reasonably priced. Plus, great give away!
