Been ordering from them before. On this occasion, an item was missing. I contacted the restaurant to report the missing item where a quite ‘defensive’ women picked up the phone. She kept mentioning she had packed the ordered and that everything was on CCTV several times during the conversation. She couldn’t organise a redelivery as no driver was available and also that she doesn’t have a driving license. Eventually she offered a full refund on the order but I had to contact just eat by calling them to organise the refund – that I could find their phone number on Google. After hanging up, I searched on Google but no phone number. Tried to call back the restaurant several times as she offered to help if needed but oddly enough no more answers despite several attempts!
The way this was handled was very poor… I am not sure that being that defensive towards customers and dumping everything on them (calling just eat, collecting food as a solution,…) was the thing to do!
On top of the above, food got cold whilst speaking to her … Waste of time and money!

The food is great! The service is abrupt. DO NOT ORDER A HOME DELIVERY!!!! It takes a minimum 2 hours to arrive! When you place the order thay say 30 – 45 mins, acceptable! It doesn’t arrive within the time scale. They keep putting it back by 15 mins at a time until peak service is over. When it eventually arrives it’s cold, dry and inedible. By all means visit this place in person, just don’t order a delivery

Rubbish delivery and customer service. We ordered from here and when the delivery arrived we were missing a whole meal. No fish and chips has been delivered. There solution was to come and collect it -why do they think I ordered online? What a joke. We were told we should just get a refund – which we are yet to receive. We ended up with one cold dinner between two (once we had spent time trying to sort it out). We will not order again! A very hungry reviewer.

Food is definitely yummy, we had fish and chips, everything is very nice, hot and yum.
Shop is clean, clear menu and deals.
Staff can be a little more friendly, they are not rude, but no hello and no smile, it’s not even busy when we went, we were the only customers.
Plenty of free road parking outside the shop. There is a very small step to get in or out of the shop.

We have been regular customers for 3 months not long but long enough to experience service at chip shop.
Certain staff very blunt and addressing customers as she is unacceptable

Visited whilst on a weekend getaway.
Little wait for service in shop, but they are on Just Eat, so they’re very busy. I found the wait to be worth it though. Friendly staff, very generous portions and nice tasting food. (My photo is my small meal. My hubby had a large chips, and couldn’t manage them all – I stole a few lol)

I rang through an order for 8 adults as we were having a family get together & ordered fish & chips all round. The service was quick, food cooked to order & was so fresh. Everything commented on how good both the fish & chips were. We had a fabulous meal and will definitely be returning. Even better than seaside fish & chips! Thank you Four Ways.

My partner came in this evening and the lady serving was told to stop by the owner/manager as a just eat driver came in and was given priority. My partner is on nights and we wanted a quick dinner. Ended up being indigestion and a rush to work.
