Wife ordered at wrong store so drove halfway across town. Bill was 45.65. I said here’s 41.00, I can put the rest on card. They said no. It must be 7.00 or more on card. No where in Columbus would ever do that. So I gave them 37.00 and put 10.00 on debit. pizza was great. Wings, ennn not so much. We were told they were deep fried wings, the def are NOT. So I paid $16.00 for 10 soggy, cold chicken wings. Def get the pizza, well worth it. Just make sure your order is over $7.00 because they will throw it away before they will let you charge $6.90 on a debit card. In case y’all BUISNESS owners are missing real life, PEOPLE ARE SCRAPING TO GET BY. Putting a “min” purchase keeps order prices lower and kills repeat business. I ran three pizza hits for 4 years. Everything was horrible. The food at this store is normally amazing but the food today was very wrong and on top of that we specifically said no peppers because of my mother pepper allergy. We got there and they had put peppers in the box. They remade it for us and we appreciated it. We checked it but didn’t notice there was still pepper on the pizza. We called in and the manger said it was my mother’s fault for having a pepper allergy and that she shouldn’t order out. She was yelling at my family telling them this. So I wasn’t very polite when I got on the phone. I asked her what she would do if it was her family and she said it’s not her family. So I would love to hear from the corporate office for this I don’t have a name of the manger but the date is Friday, July 11th between 3:30-5:45 pm. We asked for her name multiple times and all she said was I’m the manger that’s all you need to know. I’ve worked in enough fast food places to know that, that is not how you treat a customer.

I would love to show everybody the pizza I got today. There are soo many bubbles in the crust, the pizza is worse than dollar general. I worked for a couple pizza places and bubbles are from not kneading the dough. If you know pizza, bubbles screw up the pizza. And the ingredients diminish. I will continue to post this until I see a change. Otherwise everybody should realize the quality of there high prices!!

Absolutely horrible we ordered 2 general pizzas and 3 sides of banana peppers we specifically asked for the peppers to NOT to be in the box because we have a family member that is deathly allergic to any type of pepper. When I got in there I watched a female employee place the peppers in the box I said you will have to remake that please and immediately she gave me attitude asking me why and when I told her that the peppers could not be in the box she told me it was not a big deal when I said it could kill one of my family members she scoffed and then turned around and took the pizza back now I know that this was some overreacting on my end but I did not want to risk anything so I went outside and waited. When I went back in to get the pizzas and saw her again and she saw me she ran off and started screaming to someone in the background I left and got home we started eating and found a pepper right in the middle of it thank god the family member that is allergic was not the one that got the slice that had it but we called them and told them what was happening the manager on shift (this is at about 3:30-5:45 on June 11th 2025 ) who refused to give her name said that it was my families fault for ordering out and that if my family member has an allergy like that we shouldn’t order out at all now I’ve worked at pizza places before and I know accidents can happen but if you have a specific allergy especially if it’s deadly you should be much more cautious and another thing I’ve learned from working at pizza places before is that is not how you treat an angry costumer you are supposed to desculate the situation not scream back adding fuel to the fire. Last thing I would like to add love four star and have since I was a kid but I will never order from the place again.

Personally, I like this pizza place every once in a while. They’re not the best pizza in town nor are they the worst. The guys on the inside selling the pizza are always happy and ready to talk to you. Unfortunately they have no dine in so whatever you get you have to take home. I would say they’re subs or probably some of the best in town but I can’t say the same about the pizza.
