Five stars, no question. What looks random at first turns out to be something really special. We met the owners, Brian and Randy, and instantly felt like family—warm, generous, full of great stories. Think grandma’s kitchen vibes with old-school Italian Brooklyn tablecloths.
The food was exceptional. Eggplant Parmesan, zucchini fries, handmade marinara, and the most unreal coconut-based ice cream with espresso powder on top. Everything is handmade, fresh, and cooked like they’re feeding themselves. This isn’t “pickleball food”—it’s legit five-star Italian tucked away in Sherman. A hidden gem we’ll never forget.

Amazing! Best Italian food we’ve had. The owners are authentic, very friendly and accommodating. The food was amazing, bread, ricotta, meatballs, sauce, chicken parm and veal parm. We’ll be back for sure.
The place is tucked away and back behind the Montessori. Owned by the same people that run the pickleball space. Very nice indoor courts btw. My understanding is that they have been unable to place a sign due to city restrictions.

Chef Brian came out and let us taste some great things. Fresh sausage just made, fried zucchini, with great marinara, garlic bread. fettuccine alfredo-hat was clearly homemade sauce and topped it off with some great homemade ice cream. We will be back!

We were caving chicken parm but didn’t know of any decent Italian restaurants locally. We found this one on door dash and it was truly great!! We ate it up. Absolutely delicious and we will be purchasing again!

What a truly HIDDEN jewel! Such a wonderful experience and great food. Pretty off the wall place, but this guy knows Italian food and hospitality. No need to read the menu, chat with him for a few minutes and he will point you to the perfect dish and customize it for you as it is not already made! The wait for it to be prepared was pleasant and so worth it!

Took the family tonight for dinner. It’s a hidden gem! Amazing from scratch Italian food! Two guys, Oscar and Brian, retired from their place in Brooklyn and moved here! Not only do they offer amazing fresh food for dinner but lunch too!! You can order to go, but they have a lovely place to sit inside to eat. They talked about having live music and service outside by the fountain/pool. Oh and they’re mostly known for being one of the only indoor pickleball and tennis courts around! Protected from the sun/wind/rain it’s such a great place to spend $8 for two hours of play time or sometimes they have free play days where it’s only $5 for all day play! Grab your friends, family and coworkers- head over and support a great place much needed in our area!

This place is exactly what we’ve missed about up north! Great atmosphere, and even better service and people! Oscar and Bryan made us feel like family, and blew us away with the food! It was very obvious that the food was made from scratch and done amazingly! Don’t go in expecting to order and be out in 5 minutes because delicious food from scratch like that takes time!!

Really solid Italian food, which is hard to come by in Sherman! We loved the simple salad, chicken francese, chicken parm, and pasta with marinara sauce. This is a great spot to add to your take-out rotation!

Pretty phenomenal setup here. The food, wow, is literally some of the best I’ve ever had. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. Peaceful forest all around, why would you want to play paddle sports anywhere else? Highly recommended. Check it out for yourself!
