Very cool experience! The pecan Cinnabon shake was not only delicious but also packed with protein—a perfect blend of indulgence and health. The tropical protein bowl was refreshing and full of flavor. The person helping us was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Atmosphere was very clean and relaxed.

My first experience at Four K Nutrition was off of the charts amazing. I was greeted into the restaurant from the family owners with warm welcomes and smiles. I was new to the store so I didn’t really know what to order. They took the time to thoroughly explain the menu and why it was so nutritious for you and your body. The drink and their bowl was excellent with a blend of delicious flavour that made the palate craving more. The establishment was beyond clean and cozy. Perfect for hanging out, reading, working, or just playing on your computer. I highly recommend going if you’re in the area. I was in the mood for a sweet fruity drink and they delivered that. We walked in as they were closing and they still served us which was so beyond nice of them. The drink I ordered was delicious and was exactly what I needed. The owners were very informative of their menu and so kind. The atmosphere of the cafe was very fun and cozy. The sophisticated decoration and a Friendly environment were a plus for us.
About the shakes, my wife got hot Pecan Cinnabon and I got Pina Colada both were incredible tasty and Healthy.
