Following an early morning appointment in Redlands, I dropped into Four Corners Eatery (FCE). The exterior is nice—a well-done plant wall and an alcove entry that really builds anticipation.
Inside, the aesthetic is clean but loud. With high ceilings and concrete floors, the noise carries significantly. It was fine when the room was 15% full, but as larger groups arrived, the “echo chamber” effect made it hard to enjoy the atmosphere.
The Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice was excellent—as it should be for $9.95. It tasted incredibly fresh. The Caprese Avocado Toast ($10.45) was a bit of a mixed bag. It was a generous portion on a nice Ciabatta roll, but for “Avocado Toast,” it was surprisingly light on the avocado. It felt more like a “Caprese Toast” with a plethora of marinated tomatoes and balsamic. A 50% increase in avocado would make this a total hit.
I found the “Euro-industrial” male voice used for order announcements to be a bit jarring and impersonal, if not downright insulting—it clashed with the otherwise organic feel of the space. My biggest takeaway, however, was the excessive use of plastic. Even for dine-in, way too much plastic is used, including individually wrapped plasticware. Given the growing concerns over plastic waste and its environmental and health impacts, I’d love to see FCE move toward reusable options for customers eating on-site (at least for a start). It would elevate the experience and the environment.

Extraordinary is a stretch considering my first time was ok. Upon entering you are greeted by friendly staff, ceiling high lounge with a large option of food & drinks to choose. However, after ordering is when things get complicated. You pick up your order from two locations and the time took almost 30 mins for 1 salad wrap & an additional 20 mins because the server forgot my order. The speaker system also said my number but was told it was accidental. The prices are extremely high, LA & San Francisco high ($18) overall, this is a one time place. I was offered a complimentary pastry for the delay but declined, also seeing the food workers laugh & chit chat while I was looking at them for my sandwich for over 20 min was a bit insulting when it was not busy.

Love the atmosphere and service!
The milk steamers are so good! And they don’t charge extra for oat milk!! The first place I’ve ever been to that doesn’t!
The avocado toast is FANTASTIC! I recommend the caprese one, and the chic pea one.

This was a last minute decision that turned out for the best. Granted it’s a sandwich, it was good. Maybe not worth 16 bucks because it’s a sandwich, but the quality was what you like if you gotta pay fancy prices. It came on a croissant with an avocado spread but ended up being dry. They only put the spread on the bottom. I asked for Mayo and mustard to add to the top. As i ate The sandwich became quite sloppy because of the spread, mustard and mayo and the fact a croissant can only house and be handled so much before the contents are spilling out and over. Overall, Fresh ingredients, the croissant was fresh. Customer Service was perfect. They addressed my needs and in a timely fashion. It got busy pretty quick. I got take out but dined in.

I had the Club Sandwich and a Strawberry Italian soda. Both were good. The prices are proportionate to the sandwich size. Came during lunchtime, wait time was minimal. Rest room was clean. I will definitely be coming here again next time I’m in the area.

Cashier was not welcoming or friendly. Food is good just a little pricey. Ambiance is clean, relaxing and inviting.

The iced lavender latte with oatmilk was perfect. I loved the cuban sandwich. We also got the club sandwich, but it was nothing special.

This place manages to feel spacious and cozy at the same time. There is seating for long visits, quick bites, and feels like a study spot and brunch vibes.
I came for some breakfast when I was early for an appointment nearby. Oatmeal portions are huge. Tea latte was crafted, not just ingredients in the same cup.
I feel like this would be a good place to be if I wanted to be alone, but still needed to be around others…. Respectfully friendly.
Please try it out. It’s so nice.

Great food, delicious coffee, friendly staff, plenty of comfy chairs & tables, lots of electrical outlets for patrons, no hassle free parking… I might move in. Highly recommend. They’re closed on Sundays but I’ve been grabbing breakfast nearly everyday for the last week. What a gem!! Open late too. Lovely atmosphere with lots of plants and great lighting. Recommend the matcha + veggie breakfast sammy Food made fresh but quickly.

This was my first time visiting – I drive by frequently and decided to give it a try! I got the vegetarian sandwich (which was massive and delicious) and an iced chai latte (also delicious). Service was excellent, wait time minimal, and the place is immaculate. Seems to be super popular based upon the number of people who were there (at about 3 pm on a Thursday). I will definitely return.
