My original review was very low after receiving an order that was less than satisfactory when it came to both the food and the service we received last week at the Ice House.
The owner then reached out to us and apologized for the mishaps via a hand written letter and then funded us with a gift card to cover our next order.
The food the second time around was much better, I am pleased with what was received and appreciate the owner caring about their business and their customers.

I ordered a large surpreme pizza with no black olive and received it with that. Thought that was was the worst part? Absolutely not the pizza wasn’t even cooked all the way through just rushed all together , the cheese wasn’t even finished melting on the pizza. If I could rate this zero I definitely would!

Not sure what’s going on with ice house normally they’re spot on but I will no longer be ordering takeout food. Ordered food for delivery our orders were not right and the driver forgot one of the meals walking taco, came back with only a bed of lettuce and a scoop of meat? WHAT A JOKE! Ice cubes had nothing in them and icicles were burnt to a crisp. The delivery driver thought to give herself an $11 tip even tho her and no one else was deserving of one. This place use to be good I don’t recommend.

Guys, I love your place. Something isn’t right. When I moved here this was the place I bragged about. Now, its so hit or miss its hard to order unless I need something else from the store. I know staff changes, and its SOOOO hard to find good people, but what is happening? One day the pizza will be on point, the next it will be undercooked <-- alot of the issue, I try and fix the problem myself and ask for well done but it doesnt help. If I order the works and ask for cut in squares, it doesnt happen. There are things. Listen, I've ran restaurants for the majority of my life and I truly love this place as a whole, but I think you guys really need to take a look at who's training who and who's running what shift. I think the owners are usually there during the day, and Maybe that makes a difference. I am delivery and usually that doesnt happen until after 4pm, Maybe take a look at that.. cause I know how good it can be. Its just not been that for a little while. Love this place, ill come runt the kitchen..I just dont think you can afford me ♂️

Love their pizza! And their breadsticks are awesome! I wish they had a pizza dough without enriched flour, bit was so good!I paid $25 for a large 1/2 2 toppings, 1/2 3 toppings pizza and breadsticks.

We choose to overlook the dilapidated building because the pizza that comes out of this place is just THAT delicious! Every time we visit Ohio, we make a point of getting “the works” pizza AT LEAST twice while we’re here. We’ve yet to find anything that even begins to compare. The crust is excellent and the toppings are so generous you’ll need a fork to clean your plate. I can’t recall a pizza this good since the old Myles Pizza in Bowling Green, which is long gone.
